Jonathan Penny supervised and was very conscious of work done on a daily basis. Corrections were completed as soon as the weather and time allowed. He was very helpful in recommending material that was long lasting and up-to-date for outside use. My evaluation of cost may be my lack of knowledge as Mr Penny suggested I may want a second opinion. I trusted Angieslist.

It went great. The rental which he cleaned up looked great. I couldn't believe how much better it looked. Did an awesome job. Also our house with the flower beds and mulch looks great too. Everything was at a very reasonable price and was very prompt on getting back with me. The cost was for both houses.

A tree fell across my driveway, he was passing by and helped me get it off my driveway. Then told me he could remove it. I decided to use him for my landscaping and to cut my grass. After using he a while he came to cut the grass one day in conversation I told him my basement flooded he pumped the water out, dried the basement, and then wiped everything down to unsure mold would not grow. Everything he has ever done for me has been for a great price! I can not say enough, he truly does it all!
