When I put my request for quotes on Angie's List, it was short notice (Mom coming to visit this week!) and my place was filthy. Diane called me the same day only moments after I put my request online and went out of her way to meet me that same evening to look over my place and provide me with a quote. The price was probably about average for the services requested, but Diane squeezed me in the very same week when I explained why it had to be cleaned this week. My house was cleaned today while I was at work. When I got home from work, my first impression in walking in my front door was "Wow!" Yes, I am totally "wowed," by Diane's attention to detail and just how much work she did in such a short time. I am definitely hiring her back and couldn't be any much more impressed with the quality of work. My house is spotless, the hardwood floors are all shiny from Murphy's oil, the stainless appliances were polished and my place looks great. Thank you so much Diane...

Nancy’s lived up to everything they told me. In contrast to other contractors I’ve worked with, who kept delaying the start date, they came exactly when they committed to and handled the work done in a reasonable timeframe. They were very professional and covered all the bases we discussed. I needed the work to be done in a timely way, and they really came through. They also put in extra effort on some of the more difficult to clean areas. I would definitely hire them again. I was very impressed!

I am so very happy with Nancy’s Cleaning Company. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house. Very professional, thorough, conscientious and the work they did was fantastic. As embarrassed as I am to admit this, my home was in pretty rough shape. I absolutely hate cleaning. Due to life circumstances, I really don’t have the time nor do I want to spend the free time I do have cleaning my house. Nancy’s Cleaning Company were quick to respond to my inquiry and provide the estimate. And they scheduled time to complete the work within the same week. I was also very surprised how reasonable Nancy’s is in terms of cost. They deep cleaned my 2 story home which consist of 2 1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms, sitting room, living room, and sunroom. They cleaned the windows, the baseboards, furnace vents, as well as dusting/polishing the furniture and sweeping/mopping the floors throughout the entire house. This took them (team of 3) about 4 hours and was only $280. I have hired Nancy’s for ongoing ‘cleaning maintenance’ every two weeks. And this is only $120. I highly recommend Nancy’s for your house cleaning needs.

They where on time and appeared friendly and professional. However, the work they performed was below substandard, 90% of the surfaces where not dusted. Shower and tub was not touched. Floors, wood and tile was filthy. I called them after I found out how dirty the house still was, they apologized and proceeded to clean again. With only very slight improvement. Very disappointing experience

"When we come do an estimate we write down all that is discussed as we did when we met you and you even asked about a deep cleaning and turned it down attempting to get a deal. You complained about being charged too much by others and expected us to go outside of the norm and do basically a deep clean for half price. You did not want the deep clean you wanted us to start with a basic cleaning because you wanted to save money. You specifically asked and we specifically spoke about all you wanted done. You knew detail cleaning your wood floors was not what we discussed in the original estimate you said that you'd rather a basic cleaning where we sweep and dry mop them which we did, again attempting to save money. Then we came and cleaned your whole house we wiped all surfaces we cleaned all bathrooms and we swept all floors and mopped kitchen and bathrooms too. We diligently cleaned your home and it was transformed from when we first arrived. I was told theres always a customer that will try to get something for free then get mad when we say no. We apologise that did not work for you but I am a professional and was not born last night. If you'd have admitted maybe you should have went with a deep cleaning first as we suggested I would have given you a deal on it or maybe even a free one. But to snarl back and fabricate a bad review because you could not rip us off, great form. Again we're sorry there was a misunderstanding on your behalf and that you thought you could ambush us on the spot with insults and get something for free we originally agreed opposite upon."
