Jordan is professional and friendly. He made the inspection process easy and gave information I wouldn't have thought to ask. He's very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and made sure all questions were answered. Everything we discussed was on the report. Jordan came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I offered very aggressive terms for the house (cash offer, waived appraisal, and 3-day inspection period). I did not want to waive the inspection on such an expensive purchase and I was not working with a realtor. Perception offered to do the inspection the next day. Jordan was very easy to work with - the appointment was setup via text message and he was right on time. He was thorough and his report found several issues the seller was responsible for. It knocked off 25k from the price and the seller threw in a home warrantee. Without Perception's service, I would have had to pay for those items myself or I would have lost the house to someone who was willing to waive inspection. In this market today - you gotta be able to move fast. End result, the family loves the house.

I reached out to Perception Inspection to have a prospective home inspected. Jordan got back to me right away and was very professional and courteous. Since the housing market was so competitive when I was putting an offer in, I needed an inspection as soon as possible. Jordan was able to come out the following morning and perform a full home inspection. He showed up 5 minutes early and got right to it. He was very efficient and thorough. I was surprised that he was also willing to answer some of my own questions as the inspection was being performed. After he performed the inspection, he took the time to sit down with me to go over some of the notable issues with the house verbally. I received the full inspection report the next morning and was blown away with how thorough it was. It was easily accessible right away electronically and included photos and detailed descriptions of any issues he identified. I would not hesitate to use Perception Inspection again for any other home inspection needs in the future.
