They did a great job. In about 10 minutes, they had the old faucet taken out and the new one put in. They cleaned it all up when they were done. Even the price they charged was the most reasonable I have heard of. He had a really pleasant personality and it was a wonderful experience all around. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Very well. Called to confirm he was on his way. Gave us a quote before the work was started, for both labor and parts. Total price was less then the quote.

If you need a plumber, Shane is your man. Very professional. He did a great job and was very reasonable. In and out in a timely manner, no fuss, no mess. High praise for Perception Plumbing.

The owner and co-worker came out yesterday for a quote and they were very honest and professional and being that they had really great reviews, I went with them. They came out today and had the work done in 3 hours (we had a hot water heater relocated from our laundry room to the garage) and fixed 2 outside faucets that haven’t worked in a long time. With that being said, when I say they were professional about everything, they were! There was no mess from them at all, they cleaned as they went which goes a long way in my book. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any sort of plumbing work done.

All I can say is thank goodness he was not hired by us directly but through a very understanding contractor who didn’t punish us because this guy disappeared. What was supposed to be a 2 day job remained incomplete after 3 weeks. He is unresponsive, unreliable and totally unprofessional. Every day he didn’t show up he had some new excuse about why he couldn’t be there and they were all a load of BS. Finally we told the contractor we didn’t want him coming to our home anymore and the poor guy had to hire a second plumber to finish the job. It really started going downhill as soon as this guy was paid by the contractor. He wasn’t punctual by any means before that but once he got a little money in his pocket after making the contractor believe the work would be finished that day, he disappeared. Myself, my fiancé and the contractor called and sent text messages for several days and he ghosted all of us.

"I’m sorry you had to go this route with this review even though I had contacted the contractor and told him I had a family emergency that was more important. Yes I did not talk with anyone for a while when I talked to the contractor that hired me. I did not pick up my phone for my personal reasons but the contractor knew I had a family emergency when i did not respond. The only thing that did not get completed was replacing this shower valve. I repiped your whole house and replaced your main water line by myself just so that’s noted here. Have a blessed one Thankyou for your review"

AWESOME!!!! Faster than a speeding squirrel even under the house! Rushed back from getting parts and had everything perfect all in one quick visit!!! Even accepts PayPal and loves dogs!! Shane came and looked at our plumbing issues and worked quickly to provide a reasonable quote. He repiped our 100 year old house in a day and he is coming back to replace the main water line. He is funny and very easy to get a long with. I most definitely recommend his services and he will be our plumber for any other needs once our current project is finished!

I’ve hired Perception Plumbing (Shane) twice at two separate houses to repair similar issues with the water supply lines to the washing machine. He’s quick and professional. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
