He came and measured the window and ordered the blind. The wrong blind came in so he said he would have to send it back. He then sent us a message saying there was an issue and he would have to refund us as we had already paid him. It has been almost two weeks now and he will not return our calls or messages. Throughout the entire process we have had to call him to get any information. He was quick to come and measure but has since been un-responsive and un-professional with his communication.

Derick is very professional and takes pride in his work. All blinds and shutters installed perfectly. Derick was kind enough to schedule his work around our schedule and a very busy construction site. We were under a tight time frame as our new home was in a builders home show so things needed to be done under a tight timeline. And Perception's prices are the best. We had 4 other quotes, and Perception beat them all. We would highly recommend Perception Window Fashions. <br />

I recommend this provider highly. He responded to my initial call promptly; he made every attempt to <br /> come to my house to repair the shades as soon as he had an opening. He followed up several <br /> days later and repaired the shades in my home. He was friendly and outgoing. <br /> In my opinion, he earned every cent that he charged for the visit and shade repair. <br />

mr.otten was very nice, but he said my blinds would be in in 7 to 10 says and it took almost 2 months. follow up calls required. <br />

Overall the service was excellent. He called ahead, came on time and fulfilled the job. The price was a little hire than quoted, but for all of the work he did it was a fair price. He was there for 2.5 hours.

I got derecks card at comfortex. my first 6 shades came in and I attempted to install, but not being handy at all, i called dereck, <br /> he hung my initial 6 then as i mentioned i ordered 7 more shades that he installed.
