Awesome company with professional, courteous personnel! Highly recommended. I contracted this company to install an “as recommended” replacement Carrier Infinity Heat Pump system replacing an aging builders grade Lennox brand A/C and gas furnace. Perdido Heating & Air exceeded my expectations in its installation, although the system was pricey, in the long run I believe it will reduce my month electric bills, not to mention the benefit of a more efficient system for reliability and noise reduction, the air handler inside can hardly be heard compared to the older aging freight train Lennox one! Installation technicians were courteous, expeditious and professional, a follow-up for quality checks were performed next day, that in itself tells anyone about this companies reputation and reliability which I didn’t expect but was very pleased that it was done! I requested a more thorough one on one explanation of its coupled thermostat which was accomplished with no questions asked! I would highly recommend this company for new installation or maintenance as needed! I just enjoyed a visit for my bi-annual maintenance and wow, what a thorough methodical experience, I’m impressed!

They always tell me what they did and they make suggestions. I have been very happy with them.

We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess.

Perdido Heating and Air responded to an urgent call when our main HVAC blower fan bearing started making a very loud noise.  They provided us a quote and scheduled the repair at our convenience.  We also asked them to rebuild the plenum and remove the mold around the duct work which was performed at the same time as the new fan motor replacement. <br /> <br />

The experience with Perdido Heating & Air went well. They are a very good company. The young man came into the house very professional, told us exactly what they would be doing and showed us pictures of the equipment they would be using. He worked on the air conditioner and got it running again. We've had absolutely no trouble, it's like we had a new air conditioner installed. They are very good. They are a very reputable company and very honest. You get what you paid for. He sat with us afterwards and explained how to use the digital thermometer that was installed. I would have expected to pay a whole lot more.
