Perdue did an excellent job with our home siding project. Our job lead, Mike, did a wonderful job walking us through the process and providing constructive feedback and guidance to get us towards an ideal design. He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. Overall, we'd highly recommend Perdue for any house siding and painting projects!

Mike and the team at Perdue Builders were an incredible team. They communicated at every step of the sales process, scheduling, construction, and even afterwards. My insurance company was having me jump through many hoops and Mike jumped right along with me. The crew was skilled, polite, and clean. The construction spanned inside and out with neighbors close-by. If you're looking for a highly recommended team, go with them.

I could not be happier with Mike and his team at Perdue. Mike and Miguel went above and beyond for us with our siding project. They were flexible when we decided we also wanted to replace the doors on our house. Mike helped order the doors and even painted them for us. He helped counsel us on materials and design for our siding project. His siding team did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They were respectful, detail oriented, and always took time to do things the right way. Any request was met with a positive, can-do attitude and completed promptly. Perdue was not the lowest quote we received for the work, but they are worth every penny for their workmanship and customer service. It saves money in the long run to have things done right the first time! Their work product and integrity is unmatched.

It was a pleasure working with Perdue Builders from quotation to completion! My project included new windows, siding, painting, decks, porches, and stairs. Everything they said they would do they did. I am a retired contractor with 30 years in the business and can attest to the fact that their work is high quality with great attention to detail. The work quality was excellent and the team did a great job. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow. They did a great job and completed the whole shebang (remove old aluminum siding, replace insulation, sheath the whole house, new siding, replace a window, and paint the front door inside and out) in just 2 weeks. The fixed a few problems we didn't know we had (front deck ledger was installed wrong, no fascia on roof) without charging extra. Richard came back out afterward to check the work and spotted 1 minor mistake that they came back out and fixed on their own initiative. We're really happy with the work and it was good to see them doing the same to our neighbor's house up the way!

They did a great job, and the communication with the company prior was very professional and timely. I even called after the job to ask a question and they picked up the phone and anwered my question. Seems so hard to get anyone to pick up a phone these days!

Richard (the owner) was super helpful and knowledgeable and willing to do lots of little extra tasks (like replacing a broken piece of stone on our chimney) to make our home look completely new. His crew was friendly, clean, quiet (never played loud music as they worked), respectful, and detail oriented. Everything turned out great, even though it took longer than we had originally thought it would (seems like construction jobs always run over schedule). They were very responsive to our requests for little fixes to minor problems (even after they were done with the job), tried to stay out of our way as much as possible, and cleaned up everything nightly. They were mindful of wearing masks and keeping their distance during the pandemic. They are very skilled workers who take pride in doing an excellent job. They even used a higher quality paint than other companies that gave us estimates. Their price wasn't cheap, but was on par with other estimates, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. We had several discovered work items and things I wanted to tweak. Perdue Builders always said yes and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with the change requests or when I asked about fine details. I also appreciated that the crew took care of all the details such as reattaching new lights, accessories, painting to few areas that weren't replaced to match so that there wasn't follow up work for me to do. Overall great value, team, and love the results.

It went extremely well. Team was very communicative and walked through with us at the end of most days to find any imperfections. They also repaired a chimney that was rotting and showed me what needs to be done to prevent in the future. Both siding and painting were of excellent quality with flashing in all the right places and perfect lines. Framed all windows around the house and were clean and friendly at all times.

Very well. Everything looks fine. His price was half the highest bid I had received. I wanted to get the job done as soon as possible because a woodpecker was nearly into my attic, and he managed to fit me in a lot faster than I had anticipated. Very pleasant to talk to. I have some other work that needs to be done on the outside of the house, and he on my list to get a bid from. (For bird lovers: I built a woodpecker house fastened to a tree well away from my house.)

Richard's project manager came on-site in a timely fashion and in a few days provided a quote to replace my siding, windows, and blow in insulation. After receiving quotes from other contractors Perdue was awarded the job and scheduled. Due to their workloads the work was scheduled for 4 to 5 months out but they were in regular communication. Approximately 10 days before work commenced Richard contacted me via email to schedule a walk through to verify the job and to measure for windows. On the day work started Richard's crew showed up bright and early and got to work. Each day they cleaned up the job site (including scouring the ground for aluminum nails that magnets would not pick up). The crew was responsive and friendly. When they needed to come inside to do work they always cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the finished project is wonderful and I would highly recommend this PERDUE BUILDERS & SUPPLY INC to anyone looking for a siding company.

These guys were top-notch. I had a sticky situation with parking and my neighbors and they were able to lock me in on a date so I could notify my neighbors. They showed up and got the job done within the two day window we had set up. It really looks great! I shopped around three or four other places and Purdue builders had the best price for the same materials.

What a great experience. My wife and I were nervous about selecting a contractor for this job as we had never done this before. We met Tim at the Everett Home Show. Tim was very nice, not pushy, and knowledgeable. We got a quote and long story short, selected Perdue. We were fortunate enough to get Alex and AJ to work on our home and they were fantastic. What great craftsmen. They were very professional and a joy to work with. They were always concerned about our satisfaction and always open to feedback during the residing process. The quality of work is absolutely first rate and the James Hardie siding is a beautiful and wonderful product. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. At least two neighbors approached the work crew asking who they were (they put a sign the next day). The whole team, Tim, Alissa who works in the office and was a big help, Alex and AJ were fantastic and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had several bids and meetings with other siding professionals and in the end we decided to go with Perdue. Tim listened to our design ideas, the the foreman Esteban executed the design and transformed our entire house into the vision that we had originally shared with Tim. When we had a small concern the owner Rich Perdue came to our home and addressed the issue. Perdue replaced 4 windows, removed and replaced front door and painted the house. Highly recommend this company, very pleased. Excellent craftsmen.

Excellent. Did extra - leaned up every night. Showed me every repair to underneath the old siding. Very professional to deal with. On final walk-around, they even found a few little things to fix.

The price of the job was reasonable and the results were outstanding! It looks like a new house! All the people we worked with during our job were friendly, polite, and very hard workers. The work crew took care to have minimal impact on our home and yard. They even worked around our favorite Hardy Fuchsias! They went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the job. We highly recommend Rich and his team.

The team worked really **** ** our house and did a beautiful job! The attention to detail and their attention to our needs were both fantastic. 

Met with Rich Perdue and found him to be a very pleasant and professional man to work with.  He struck me as an honest man and was very thorough in the explanation of all steps involved.  I had gathered 4 other bids and found Rich's quote to be very competitive.  I spoke to 2 other people who had work done by Rich and they recommended him quite strongly.  Those recommendations, along with my own dealings so far with Rich, put him at the front of the line for my siding and windows job. <br>After a few final clarifications, we signed on the bottom line.  When the project started, I met his foreman, Tim, who was professional and pleasant to deal with also.  He was responsive to my questions and concerns thru out the entire project.  Both Rich and Tim wanted to make sure I was happy with the final product.  Their team of installers were friendly and showed concern about my home and the job they were there to do.  The siding went on great, but there were a few sizing problems with some of the windows.  Mistakes will happen in most jobs.  What matters to me is how do the people I'm doing business with take care of the problem.  Both Rich and Tim get a big thumbs up here.  They replaced all windows that I was concerned without any problems or excuses.  That means the world to me as a business can be great to deal with when things go well, but even more important to me, is how do they do business with you when there's a hiccup.  I was told repeatedly that they wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they performed and would do what was needed to make it right.  The completed job is beautiful and my wife and I couldn't be happier.  Rich even traveled to my son's home at no charge to take a look at siding concerns we had there.  Rich was very helpful, offering ideas and directions that we could go.  I would not hesitate to do business with Rich and Perdue Builders again.  I highly recommend Rich and his team. <br> <br> <br>
