The sink job was very well done - no complaints. But I am very unhappy about the second part of the job. Originally scheduled for third week of October, I am still waiting. He did call to say he had taken a job in Santa Ana which had to be finished due to rain and would work for me starting Nov 21, but I have heard nothing since. I have already paid for most of this and so I am now very worried because Hector is not returning my calls. If he can come and do the job, and explain the reason for the silence - family emergency or whatever - then I will revise my report accordingly and will give him the benefit of the doubt, but I need to hear something. Yesterday I went to the business address listed for Hector in Angie's List, but found that he no longer lives there. The owner told me that he has also tried calling Hector in order to pass on mail still arriving at that address, but has been unable to reach him.

It went okay. He is very professional and he knows what he is doing. I like that because it is not a long and horrible process to deal with. He is easy to talk to as well, and that is great!

After fixing the garbage disposal, a hose came loose and flooded the kitchen. Despite multiple conversations with a promise to stand behind his work, he never showed up, even at times that were pre-arranged. We ended up hiring another plumber to fix the problem.

Labor and materials were as estimated, I gave them a check for $1,000. He cashed the check and will not answer phone calls, has not come out to do any of the work. I checked his license and it says that the license doesn't exist. I checked by name, and there is no such name listed. Older licenses during this check will show up, even if they are expired. He says in his ad that he is licensed, bonded, and insured. This seems impossible if he doesn't have a contractor license.

He did an awesome job. He was always on time, and his estimates were on target. Overall, I was very, very happy with his work.

Excellent service. Mr. Perez returned my call initial call promptly and communicated clearly what he expected the job to entail and what the price range would be. We scheduled the repair for three days later and he was on time, polite and did a great job. We would hire him again.

He did everything he said he would do, and was very respectful about being in our. I would recommend him and I have used him over and over again. He is excellent.

Hector was very prompt, always on time and very hardworking. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and came in pretty well on time estimates too. Overall, we were very happy with his quality of work.

All work performed was prompt and professional. Hector has a "can-do" attitude and listens closely to your requests. He gave me a sense that he's a hard worker and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Great work ethic, service, handyman knowledge, and attitude.

The final door came out fine, however, the team did not follow the installation directions and I think it took a bit longer than necessary because of this. They also left smudged finger prints that did not come off with normal cleaner and will have to be painted. The owner, Hector, speaks good English, but not all of his team does, so keep this in mind when someone other than Hector will be doing the work.

I originally called another handyman but he did not show up at all so I called Hector who was 2nd on my list. He not only showed up on time, he arrived 15 minutes early. My past experience with contractors & handymen was that they were not very punctual. Hector explained the job & the reasons for the work he was about to perform in layman's terms. The job was completed quickly & professionally. Hector is dedicated to his craft and I would highly recommend him for virtually any home project. He is courteous, respectful and straight-forward. Job well done.

He is prompt. He does not change his bids. He is wonderful. I found him by watching him work for a neighbor. I asked for his card and feel blessed that I have found his services. He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality.
