Respectable job of completing the task of replacing 3 sprinklers.

It started out with the repair of one solenoid. He recommended more service because he said we would have the same problems with the second solenoid. This was because we had a container filled with water which he was going to fix with a shut off problem. He went around the yard and decided we needed a new control box, new electrical lines, and sprinkler heads. That was an additional $1600.00 to perform that. We made an appointment for him to come next week so we could have the money for him. We ended up having to use our credit card to pay for it which cost us an additional 3%. They came out after the reschedule because he missed the second appointment. They replaced what they said they would replace, they tested the system for about two minutes, and we paid them. Four days later, we found the box was filling up with water again. We called him to let him know. He informed me that if it was his work, he would fix it, but if it is not, we would have to pay him an additional fee to repair it. We made an appointment last Thursday which he missed. I called him Friday and asked if he was coming that day. He told me no, he was not coming. He said he had a lot of customers and he was very busy. I told him he just did the work for us and we are still one of his customers. He scheduled to come this morning before 8 AM today and he did show up but didn't call ahead of time this time. He drained the box, did some digging, and said this was our problem. He didn't turn on the irrigation to see where any leak would have been. When we paid him, he assured us both times that we would not have any leakage problems from that box anymore. We now have two boxes filled with water instead of one. He started getting belligerent with us when we tried to explain he needed to do more to assess the issues and he is now referring us to a plumber. He walked off from my husband and asked me if I wanted to cover up the hole that he dug which was 8 feet in length. I said yes. When he was finished, we went outside and found that he had mounds of dirt thrown on top of the boxes instead of around them and he did not spread it out like he did before. Very unprofessional and I feel like we threw $2000 down the drain. Our problem was never resolved.

Wonderful. Nerys and one helper worked all day to bring our system back to life, the previous owner just left it broken. New timer head, sprinklers, jets, etc. Dug down four feet to replace control valves. Moved some lines, added some jets for coverage. The whole thing. Then when done, Nerys went over the timer system and walked me outside to see all four zones in action, allowing me to tweak anything I wanted. Lastly they disconnected the timer head and winterized the system by blowing out all lines. He'll be back in March at no charge to start it up again. Thanks Nerys!

No problem with the job. I have a large yard and plenty of sprinklers to water it. They gave me a test run and I got drenched, they kept trying to get me to move out Of the way but I told them it is just water. It took three days but we had a heavy rain, otherwise I think it would have only taken two. So far so good. I am pleased with the work.

Did not take long to replace 3 cutoff valves. Also replaced 1 head.

They did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely work with them again in the future. I don’t think my system worked this well even after it was first installed. Very pleased with the quality of their work. They were also very efficient. I checked out their price and they were very reasonable!

I started using Perez Irrigation last year and found they were very helpful with a couple of repairs and winterizing my system. During the winter I had an invisible fence installed and it turns out that the irrigation system was installed improperly by the original builder - when Perez came out to start up my system, the pipes had been damaged in 10 locations causing leaks from burying the cable. Perez did an amazing job doing all the repairs, replacing 2 sprinkler heads and getting the system up and going for an extremely reasonable price and got my system up and going. I'll be a customer for a long time.

I was having my driveway replaced and we were moving the walkway into what was the yard; and the guys hit my "irrigation hub" with the bobcat. I found Nery on Angie's List and called. He was out on a job in the Marietta area and said send me your address, I'll be there in an hour. Nery came out to look at the damage and assess the situation. While he was out there I let him know the original install was not covering my whole yard because after we moved in we change the yard around quite a bit. After assessing what it would be to replace and rework the old system, he said he could start from scratch for almost the same price and get better coverage for the areas that were covered now, add in the areas that did not get coverage, and go from 2 zones to 5 to better control the water usage to the different areas of the yard (open grass, small bushes, shaded under trees). Fantastic! His quote for all for the additional work was still less than other peoples quotes. Nery and his guys showed up and finished the work. Cleaned up all that they came with and did a great job replacing soil where it had to be dug up. The sprinklers were "tuned" to hit the right areas and he even walked me through how he set up the zones. If you're looking for sprinkler work, give Nery a call and let him give you a quote. You won't be disappointed but he quote, and you'll LOVE the work!

I was in a panic, it was Sunday, and I saw water running over my driveway like a river. I had a quote from XXXX and it was a lot higher than I thought it should be. I had Nery and his crew out to the house before for an irrigation system in Summer 2017. I thought let me call him and see if also works on the high pressure lines, and to my surprise he said yes. Just like last time he said send me your address I'm out on a job I'll be there today. He showed up we walked and dug some holes to find the issue, he gave me a quote (which was WAY BETTER than XXX) and I said let's do this. He wasn't sure if he could get the material by Monday, but said no later than Tuesday. Some of the plumbers I called couldn't even get to the house until Tuesday. Well it's Monday afternoon and my water is running in the house and the meter is dead still with no water running in the house! They actually took me outside to show me, and I was impressed as they did not have to do that (and I did not know until then you should do that). My wife will be a happy camper when she comes home tonight. I cannot recommend Nery enough. He is an honest guy doing a GREAT job, at a price you would expect. You can't ask for more than that.

Did a great job fixing a busted sprinker pipe and moving a few sprinker heads to a better location. On time, punctual and professional. Would hire them again.

Nery contacted me within minutes of submitting my request and he came the next day to not only provide an estimate -- but he did the work! They not only fixed everything we discussed, but even brought up some places that were not getting water and needed heads (new plantings we had recently added.) It went very well. All work was completed as Mr. Perez promised, and all debris was cleaned up. The entire system is now working very well. I will use them again in the Fall to winterize my system.

Showed up on time with crew. Identified the broken line and gave quote to repair and check system. Found several additional busted sprinkler heads and replaced those heads. Entire team was hustling to get everything done quickly. Job was finished in an hour.

Recently put down new sod and realized many irrigation heads were broken or inappropriate for area. Mr. Perez arrived the very next day as promised. He repaired, added, or replaced multiple sprinkler heads. He returned the following Monday to add a head and a separate zone to help with pressure He is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation and fairly priced. His crew is polite and they did a good cleaned up. I highly recommend Perez Irrigation.
