THEY CAME THE SAME AFTERNOON THAT I CALLED. DAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE FOUND MY PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT VERY QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTING HE CHECKED AND EXPLAINED IN A MANNER THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

See above. Wonderful experiance. They also give a TWO YEAR labor/parts warranty on their service wheras most only give 1.
