Perfect Cut Lawn Care Solutions, Inc.

This is one of the worst lawn companies I have ever used in 30 years in Florida. I had used them in the past and fired them because they did not live up to the contract I had. When u speak to the owner he will be pleasant but there is no follow up. I switched to Green Diamond for a few years. The owner took pride in his work. However several weeks ago Green Diamond merged with Perfect Cut. I didn't realize about the merge for awhile because of illness in the family but I did notice the condition of my lawn deteriorate. I was not surprised to finally find out what happened. My lawn has become mostly weeds even though I called and asked to have weed and feed applied for an extra fee of course. This was never done. They let the weeds and grass grow right up to the trunk of your trees. Today they left a pile of yard waste and an empty soda bottle in front of my house knowing that my homeowners association does not allow that. Don't hire this company unless you just want someone to mow, blow and go. Actually they do a bad job blowing the dirt and clippings off the patio too. I discontinued my service with them today (for the second time). <br />

<p>The service provided by this company was abysmal from the start.   It started almost immediately with excuses as to why calls were not returned in a timely manner after purchasing 8 hours labor and a one hour consult with a landscape architect and yet we gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them for landscaping as well as our routine lawn maintenance.  Scheduling the initial evaluation took almost a month with the landscape architect and getting the plans done took another month to which the excuse that the internet was down was given despite internet access not really being necessary to developing those plans.  The work completed was poorly done, the company was called and the owner came out and said he was disappointed with his company's performance.  This was a Saturday and he said he would come out personally the following Monday and resolve the issues we discussed.  Monday came and went and nothing was done so we terminated our agreement with the company.  Two trees also died after being improperly relocated during the landscape work.  Additionally, calls regarding tree trimming went unanswered and another company was awarded the work which was completed within five days of them being called.  Overall we are  very disappointed with the level of service provided by this company.</p> <br />

My experience was okay.  I had to continue to call them to get something scheduled. What they ended up doing was fine. The crew was good to work with and the price was fair.

The service turned out very well. They came to do a lot of trimming and cleaning of beds. The owner and 4 other people came out for the service. They worked very well together and very efficient. They were happy to do anything I asked. One shrub I did not think they trimmed short enough they were happy to keep working on until I was pleased. They showed up right on time and scheduling was not an issue.

Services were OK. Met with foreman to come out to see what I can get for the 12 hours of work. We went over what was expected and agreed to terms. When I came home from work there was only one person on property and was on phone for about 30 minutes at which truck pulled up to take him home. They can out about 4 days later again only witnessed one person on property. The next day I called because they didn't finish one tree as agreed.  Customer service said that they would be out in a couple days. A couple days went by and I called again. Again customer service said they would be out in a couple of days.  I called one more time and to make the long story short they still have not come out the finish and no returned calls. <br />

GREAT!! Roberto understood exactly what we wanted to do and offered suggestions / recommendations. Would not hesitate to call him again!! <br />

<p><br /></p> The owner came to determine the scope of what I wanted done, which was the trimming of 75 feet of overgrown fichus hedges.  I received a date for the following week.  While he was there I received a quote for my front yard to be sodded.  The timing worked out so that I could get all this work done in a short amount of time. I am very happy with Perfect Cut Lawn Care and highly recommend them! <br />

They were absolutely incredible. I highly recommend them. Everything all the way across the board was A plus.

They came out promptly and did the work well. They took out quite of few trees and hedges in my back yard. They didnt stay the entire 12 hours, but instead took away all the debris and that was fine with me. The guys were very nice and accommodating.

I hired Perfect Cut Lawn Care Solutions a month ago (April2014) for my weekly lawcare service. Cutting, Edging, Weeding.  These guys are professional, reliable, and consistently do a 5 STAR job!!!  They are prompt and extremely fast covering all the essentials my lawn needs on a regular basis.  I had a sprinkler pipe and head break which they fixed within 24 hours of me contacting Donna in their office.  She is a pleasure to work with and has yet to let me down!!! <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>Purchased 500 square feet of sod through advertised special. Office (Donna - a very nice lady)called promptly to set up appointment for Owner (Roberto) to look at property. Owner arrived when he said he would, took measurements, and made recommendations as to type of sod. Area where I wanted the sod was larger than what the special offered. Owner quoted what additional sod would cost, which I agreed to. Installation took place in just a couple days, on the same day as promised. Clean up was excellent, and there was no damage to existing lawn (installation was in back of house). Office kept me informed of each step. Overall, it went very well, nice people, a job well done.</p> . <br />

They were professional and friendly. I still use their service. They come out twice a month. They were quick and their price was fair compared to the other quotes that I had. They do a good job. I will continue to use them.
