Very responsive and set appointment right away. However, the quality of the work was not consistent across the workers. One worker did an excellent job as far as I can tell. The other worker installed an outlet that does not work at this point, so I need to get someone back in. They also told me they checked all the outlets, and there are others I have now found that are not in working order. The owner also encouraged avoiding building requirements and the job took much longer than he originally promised. Based on the inconsistent work and the long delay, I don't think I would hire again.

Eduardo does not keep his word on appointments. Called him to correct the job he did and he told me that he would be here on Monday to fix the problem and he never showed up nor did he call back.

I am not sure I am happy with the job and the amount of money I paid. I did not get a receipt and he said the job is good for one year. He only replaced a outlet and he checked my Panel. I called him a day later and told him that one of my switch still don't go on and I did not get a good response. That is why I am not happy.

Was able to troubleshoot the braker box issues, install and repair light fixtures and provided sound suggestions for cost effective solutions for my elderly neighbor. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of work. Will use this company for future projects.

cables ran on outside of ceiling and not between beams as should have done. very very large holes in walls, outlets set to far into walls, even though it was a up grade was not told ground wire for house was not included.

I was little disappointed at first because he didn't call on the day he promised so we had to call him back several times to get in touch with him. But he came the day after, his service was excellent and very helpful. Even after he fixed the problem, our ceiling fan didn't work properly and he came back very next day and addressed the problem. He works fast and reliable but I just wish it is little easier to get in touch with him. However, I am very satisfied with his service and plan to use him inthe future as well.

Found a short in my system and corrected quickly. Showed up timely. Personable and no up-selling. I like that. Also have an issue with a ceiling fan he couldn't fix immediately, but will come back with appropriate part. Good guy.

Eduardo responded almost immediately after my Home Advisor inquiry. His estimate was done the following day and unbelievably, the work was completed that very day. He communicated effectively and explained what he would do and then did it. He and his associate worked diligently and they were very neat, cleaning up after themselves and leaving our home just as it was before their arrival, though safer and up to code. We would hire Eduardo and Perfect Home Electric again and without reservation.

Eduardo repaired a detached outlet and some faulty wiring and fixed the plug of an airbed. He did this all very quickly. He advised me to install a new wire box at some point, but assured me that for the time being, we could be safe. I am especially grateful to Eduardo for being flexible and patient in order to do the repairs the same day I called. He even waited a full 30 minutes for me - untl 6:30 p.m. - after I called to let him know that I would be arriving later than our scheduled apopintment becaue I was backed up in horrible tunnel traffic. I was very pleased with the work and the courteous and understanding treatment.

Mr. Espinosa was friendly and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done in layman's term. I would hire him again if needed
