I have been a client with Perfect House Cleaning for about 3 years now. Christine, the owner, takes her business very seriously. She has been running her business while she battles her 12 yr old's cancer. I am so impressed with how she is able to manage everything. I prefer Christine or Ciera to clean my home, as I am particular and they know exactly how I like my home cleaned. I plan on using Christine's business for more years to come. Christine will be the only one that will contact you for a cleaning estimate, as well as the person you should contact when you have a question. Super proud of Christine for maintaining her business and fighting for her daughter's life. My favorite day of the week is when my girl's have been here. After a long day of work and coming home to a perfectly clean house, can sometimes make you want to cry lol i love lines in my carpet, and vacuum lines in my couch, and all of my towels folded neatly - along with all of my clutter nicely arranged to a good looking clutter pile. What more could I want?! Thank you Christine and Ciera!

This was the most expensive and worst house cleaning we ever had. I had to re-clean the entire house after they left. Not only was the cleaning not done well, one of a pair of my earrings was missing after they left. I think they must have knocked it onto the floor and then vacuumed it up. They did offer to come back at no charge, but there is no way I would let them back into my house.

Awesome - a team of 4 came in and swept through my entire house. It looked amazing. You could tell they took personal care of everything they did and were even on their hands & knees scrubbing my kitchen floor! I received a very great price as well. Would definitely use them again!

We have only hired house cleaners one other time, and the difference in thoroughness of cleaning between the two companies was noticeable. Perfect House Cleaning was more thorough by far. They really cared about the final result of the deep cleaning we hired them for. The attention to detail was excellent (and we can be picky customers). They were professional and courteous, extremely hard-working, and they left us with a sparkling clean house. We would definitely hire them again.

They come every two weeks. It came out looking like a brand new stove! They just used greased lightning and a lot of elbow grease. They didn’t recommend doing the self-cleaning, because it smells up your house and the temperature is like 600 degrees or something. They’re really good. She only charged $35 to clean the oven and it took an enormous time to do it. I kept switching back and forth once a month, twice a month, but now they are every 2 weeks permanently.

I have worked with Sheila and Christine for over three years now in two different houses. They clean my house once a month but have also done annual deep cleanings and move out/move in cleanings. We moved last November, and they cleaned the house we placed on the market and our new home before moving in. They are so accommodating that, when the construction in the new house ran late Christine and Sheila offered to come in at night and clean the house so it would be ready for us to move in the next day. They cleaned from 9pm to 1am!!!! They have a key to my house and always do the monthly cleanings when no one is home, they even let the cat and dog out of the laundry room when they are done. We have three children and several pets and we both work full time, the house gets pretty messy and they always do a great job cleaning all areas. I am extremely satisfied with their services and, each month, the day that Perfect House Cleaning comes over and cleans my house is my favorite day to arrive home after a long day at work.

they were prompt but warned me it might "take more time" and that they would call at the end of the day to update me. Sheila called at 6 pm with the vacuum roaring in the background, said they had made nice finishing patterns in the carpet (carpet was brand new so not my main concern) but the kitchen cabinets needed a bit more work: 1 hour for $100. I agreed. The cabinets were still grimy the next day and she charged me $200! also neglected the dishwasher. I requested all kitchen appliances and she stated "but you didn't specify the dish washer" which seemed like an excuse to me. There were still sticky spots around the kitchen baseboards, etc. Overall, I think they have a bit of a scam going (I suspect the company often charges for one hour of extra labor if the owner is not around).

"It's dishonest clients like this one that makes you question humanity at times. I have a feeling that [Member Name Removed](the woman that wrote this review), is the actual scammer here. Before she scheduled a cleaning, she asked the question "If I'm not happy with the service, can I get a refund". So in all reality, it does kind of sound like she already had this planned out that she would complain so she could get a refund. [Member Name Removed]also states that she spoke to Sheila with the vacuum roaring in the back ground. [Member Name Removed]never spoke to Sheila one time, she spoke only with Christine whom went outside on the front porch to call her. After the cleaning was done, [Member Name Removed]called and spoke to Christine telling her the dishwasher wasn't done (which is was along with all other appliances). We do at all times guarantee our work so Christine offered her for us to come back and fix anything she felt we missed. [Member Name Removed]continuously found excuses for us not to come back during times we were available (although she left us keys under the mat to do the initial clean) Not one time did she mention ANYTHING about baseboards or cabinets until she got on Angie's List. [Member Name Removed]also failed to mention that her home is 2,500 sq ft and wanted a good quality clean from top to bottom, including all wood work, all cabinets inside and out, all appliances inside and out, all floors, and the rest of the home all in a matter of 2-3 hours. That is absolutely impossible to do given the quality of work we are known for. Please keep in mind that this is also a rental home that obviously the renters did not keep up on the cleaning given the extensive build up including mold. As we approached the time that [Member Name Removed]wanted to pay for, Christine called her to let her know what we had left so Anne agreed to an extra hour for us to finish up. It took us a total of 2 and a half hours to finish up so we would make sure to get all the areas she wanted, however we only charged her for the one extra hour she agreed to and the company ate the cost of $200 for the rest. Here is the main point that [Member Name Removed]completely failed to mention, even though she would not make time for us to come fix anything she felt we missed, and on top of our company eating the cost of $200 so we could finish the job for her, she had the audacity to request a $100 refund, which we gladly sent her. So, as I stated in the beginning she had planned to scam us all along per her dishonestly. It's unfortunate that there are people like this in the world."

Christine, Sheila and all their employees work hard. They take extra time and do a fantastic job. My husband who notices all the details always compliments their work. They have been cleaning my home now for 4+ years. They have always been friendly and on time. She always confirms the night before and has worked with my schedule when I have needed to switch days or times up. I would absolutely recommend them, without hesitation.

I've been using them for about a year and a half now. I still love them and their service they provide. They're always on time in rain or snow, or ice storm. They clean my house just exactly how I want. I just adore them. They come every Tuesday and Thursday. I pay $145 every two weeks and I tip them an extra $20. I think they're a really affordable price.

They do a fantastic job! They really clean not just dust & vacuum and leave. Bathrooms, kitchen, etc. are perfect when they leave. Their price isn't high considering two or most often three people come. Our home is small, but others they clean in the area may be larger. They always confirm The day before and arrive on time. In addition to good work, they are all nice people. You feel safe giving them a key if not able to be home when they clean.

The day started VERY slowly with one person spending 2 1/2 hours on a master bath that is small. The second person didn't arrive until about 3 hours in and I was still thinking it was too slow. They did a great job, but they mentioned that it should have been scheduled for longer (as they had suggested) as it was too large a home. That was never recommended to me even after we had talked about the size of the house. The work done was satisfactory.....the time it took was unrealistic.

This company is very professional and understands deep cleaning!!!. I have always wanted to hire a service to do deep cleaning since I thought in general I kept my home very clean - okay had issues with shower stall. So requested the major focus be on 2 bathrooms (a very very dirty shower stall) and kitchen including cabinet doors. Results: * Stainless steel stove fan - I thought the top was a textured when I moved in ~15 years ago. Well it isn't they got off everything that was on there over 15 years.......; ) * Kitchen cabinets very very clean. * Shower stall - amazing results. * Second bathroom - the sink fixtures shine more than ever have. * They also did basic cleaning dusting , vacuuming etc. In summary, I will be recommending them to everyone I know.....Deep cleaning experts like this is the way to go.

They were very nice, kept me informed of the progress and cleaned a VERY dirty house focusing on the baseboards And floors in every room. The house had been rented prior to our moving in so it was not cleaned thoroughly for quite some time. They did a great job and although it took longer than anticipated, I was very pleased.
