Both rooms and the hall had some dirtier areas and some traffic paths. Martin and Sean arrived early, set up quickly, scrubbed and pre-treated and very pleasantly finished the cleaning. All areas look and smell fresh and clean.

When I called they got me booked quickly and they were on time and friendly. That's where the pros end. I was supposed to get the big clean for $250 which included tons of items on their website such as oven and refrigerator cleaning. I was super excited for those details. When they arrived they forgot their vacuum. I thought that was odd because no cleaning service ever brings their own vacuumed due to fleas/lice and who knows what else. We met in the kitchen after 1 hour and 2 guys working and they said they were about done (I have 2,500 square footage) I thought that was quick so I said did you do the kitchen? I couldn't tell. I opened the oven and it was not touched. The owner then says well, I'll bring my cleaners next time and get that good. I thought this was the BIG CLEAN! So the one guy starts trying to clean it. After he finishes I grab a paper towel and wipe the sides and tons of lint comes off. I then look at the countertops and ask, have you done these? They say yes. I then grab 409 and start cleaning myself because I'm getting coffee grinds and other debree. The owner says go take a seat we got it. (I thought he said he had already done the countertops). Then I see another part of the countertop with frosting on it. Next I go to the laundry room. Clearly not touched and I start cleaning the sink. Next I look near the fireplace and it hasn't been vacuumed so I grab the vacuum and get that area. I do all of this while they are in the same room! At this point I'm just frustrated. They leave. I go around the house and take pictures. Then I open the microwave and they didn't touch it! Come on, for $250 I deserve a clean house! Oh and I almost forgot, they didn't move any small furniture and clean underneath. Take a look at the pictures. Corners of rooms were completely ignored as was, well, nearly everything. Beds were not made...Should I continue

"We are sorry that you had a negative experience. We are more than willing to come out on the 10th of February to re-clean anything you think we missed. We do not issue refunds, that is our company policy. As to the oven, the two workers were cleaning the oven at the moment you bent down to clean it, thus it was not finished. The oven door itself was giving us a bit of trouble to close. In the end, we are still willing to come out and clean your home on February 10. Please give us a day and a time that will work best for you an we will be there, fully equipped."

I would like to start by saying that I have offered positive feedback in both the punctuality and responsiveness categories, but that is where the positive feedback ends. The owner of the Perfection was very pleasant during our contact. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The first day the crew was contracted to complete a very specific list of tasks (which were discussed and a printed copy was provided with notes on my dining room table). Upon completion of their time in our home, the crew left my front door wide open. They also did not complete a number of the tasks that were located on the list. I contacted the owner and he sent out a crew the following day to complete them. Unfortunately, that evening I discovered that a cell phone was missing from my home. I contacted the owner and he did not having any information. Unfortunately, whether or not the theft occurred during the cleaning service-due to the negligence that occurred leaving our door open, Perfection cleaning should be held accountable for this issue.

Did a great job, got up coffee stains, punctual, professional and friendly . Asked if he could look at dining chair stains. He cleaned them and didn't even charge extra! Best value around. You will not be disappointed!

Three person crew was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. They performed cleaning services that were not even requested, such as cleaning behind our refrigerator and inside our oven/microwave. The crew was excellent and our house looked spotless after their efforts. <br />

Team arrived on time and did a great job. Kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Took great care when dusting to make sure both everything was clean and nothing was damaged. Team was very professional, went right to work and continued until they were through. We will use them again. t buy for a deep house cleaning. <br />

I was satisfied with the areas they cleaned except they did not spend anytime in the kitchen cabinets. I would like to have had better communication about having additional time to complete everything but they came and left. They were suppose to call me when they were either on their way to the house or when they arrived so that I could stop in to talk, instead they cleaned what they thought was necessary and left, I received the follow up call after. I wished I had been given the chance to see the place before they left. <br />

On the day of service, there were other vendors at your site -- construction work/sanding, as well as carpet installation at the same time our workers were performing the house clean-up. By the time we were done, the carpet installation worker decided to cut the registers as he was re-laying the carpet. Perhaps it would have been better to call us the day after construction and carpet laying. Please at your earliest convenience to schedule additional cleaning."

Fantastic and better than I expected!!! <br /> I understand that Perfection Cleaning Service also cleans many commercial clients in all of Northwest Ohio such as Wendy's, Biggby Coffee. In conclusion, they don't do only houses, they also clean commercial/business/industrial companies. It's good to see the diversity of clients, which makes me believe I will get a professional cleaning every single time. I will contact Perfection Cleaning Services in the future and am definitely recommending it to my friends. <br />
