Jeff showed up half hr before schedule time to check exterior of house and immediately consulted about his findings. I found that to be amazing service. We walked through the house room by room and documented everything that needed repair. Overall great customer service and rate this service an A+++ will refere him to family and friends! Where to start? Jeff came early and was already checking out the outside of the house by the time we got there at the scheduled time. He was available on a Saturday and he made it work with ours and his schedule which was nice. <br /> Once we got into the house he encouraged my wife and I to follow him around and listen to his sound and super experienced information and advice about every little facet of the house. He took a lot of photos and notes which we should be receiving a report from soon. <br /> He notified us of things that might need more immediate repair and things that could be done over the course of the next few years. Jeff was a very nice, knowledgeable and friendly guy who just wants to get the job done right and is definitely on your side (the buyer). <br /> I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone I know looking for a home inspection. Great experience. Jeff is a consummate professional  so it is hard to say more. Jeff was through, knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, educational, and a pleasure to interact with. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone seeking home inspection or contracting and very highly recommend taking to time conduct the walk through and inspection with him.  Everything from first phone call , inspection itself, inspection report,  was professional and worth much more than the investment. <br />

Went good. It has been a HORRIBLE experience trying to buy a house in Northern NJ. This was our 3rd time trying to purchase one and our 3rd home inspection, but first time with Jeff. He was great. Thorough, knowledgeable, gave me insights and tips on things I never would have though of. We even had to deal with the owner being there during the inspection (FSBO). He handled it well. We ended up not buying the house after Jeff discovered some structural issues that ended up being way more than we could handle or the buyer was willing to address. <br />

Jeff did a great job!  He was very thorough and took the time to walk us through each and every aspect of the house.  This is our first home purchase so we had no idea what to expect, but Jeff provided us with a great education.  He pointed out potential issues but also pointed out things that were in good shape, which was very reassuring for us.  All in all, I would recommend Jeff for anyone looking for a quality home inspection in New Jersey. <br />

Jeff was recommended by a friend and my sister on their home inspection and I can see why. Jeff was right on time and was hassle free to work with. He was able to squeeze us in despite calling a couple of days before and did a thorough job. He explained to us everything that he looked at and learned a few things about our home. Very punctual and detailed inspection.

I purchased a home inspection deal through Angie?s list. <br /> Jeff is very professional, patient, and thorough. He came on-site earlier than the appointment scheduled time. <br /> He spent about two hours, and took a lot of pictures, indicating on the picture the issues he found. <br /> At the end he walked me through and pointed out all defects. He answered all questions about the ?action items? and explained which are minor and which are major. <br /> I would strongly recommend him to any home buyer. <br /> <br />

Jeff from Perfection Home Inspections was fast to respond with scheduling the home inspection for a house that we are prospecting to purchase. I called him on a Friday and he was able to accommodate me on a Sunday. He was very comprehensive and thorough about his inspection  and pointed out how to proceed with the repairs. Jeffrey was fast answer my first call and accommodate time to serve me next day, he arrive at the location on time, I was going to buy a house , it was a week before the clothing and the house was sold as is but I didn't know that was so much work to fix it, thanks to Jeffrey I didn't close on the house because he could tell me most of the exactly problem and thanks to him I could know that the cost were going to be far away more than what I expected, I try to negotiate the price with the Saler but he didn't want lower the price and I walk out a way from buying the property , this inspection save me from do a really bad deal, and I didn't end getting in a buying a property with so much problem that would be no worthy to buy it and very costly for me, thanks jeffrey

propeJeff arrived early and immediately started the inspection of the exterior.  Since I was busy measuring for furniture, he spent most of the time with my husband doing a thorough inspection of the outside, then started from the basement up to the second floor, examining all the nooks and crannies, and checking all the appliances.   He is very detail-oriented and knowledgeable in the business, explaining and making useful suggestions and money saving advice (for example, getting a warranty from New Jersey Natural Gas on the furnace which is very old).  He found some issues which, if we hadn't noticed them, would have cost us alot of extra money out of our own pockets.  Additionally very friendly and energetic in his work.   Also, although he performed most of the inspection with my husband, he came by me several times to speak and talk about the issues with me as well. <br /> Even after the inspection job was done, his follow-up with the reports was prompt and professional.  He told us several times never to hesitate contacting him if we have any questions.  I find him professional and trustworthy, and would not hesitate to use him for future work, if needed. <br /> Caroline Walsh <br />

Jeffery, the home inspector was great. His website and quick responses to our phone calls sold us on him. Jeffery arrived early and was already at work when we arrived. He looked everything over with great attention to details and explained as he moved throughout the house. He offered us practical solutions for easy fixes and pointed out the more serious issues with the home. His report was detailed and descriptive. <br /> As first-time home buyers, we are pretty green, but Jeffery gave us sage advice about the home and reassured our worries. His experience with construction and home inspection was invaluable. I would surely have him inspect any home that we purchase in the future. <br />

Home inspection for purchase. It went very well. Peter was extremely knowledgeable. He gave all sorts of money and time saving advice. He showed his experience and made me feel confident that I was purchasing a solid house. Peter's report was thorough. My only wish would be that his pictures would have accommpanied his comments. The pictures were separate and required memory to recall what the picture was showing. Not a big deal. Would have been more difficult had I not been with him every step of the inspection. Nevertheless, I would use Peter without reservation. I highly recommend him.

2With 9 units to go through most providers would have gave a less than thorough performance at the very least towards the end of the day. Jeff was absolutely thorough the entire way through the job and handled every aspect professionally. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything there is to know about housing and I would gladly recommend him to even my closest friends and family. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Jeff. He arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment time and began outside. Throughout the inspection Jeff explained what he was doing and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted to be sure I understood the process and potential repairs. Jeff from perfection arrived on time,and well prepared. He took me on a guided tour of the property from top to bottom , inside and out, pointed out every flaw, and explained each and every item of concern, and actually helped educate me about the home we were buying. He showed me things that I though were major, but were not,and pointed out things that I would not even noticed that were actually the biggest issues(electrical) that got me a price deduction at the closing that more than paid for the repairs, the inspection, <br /> and more! Jeff found every issue, and that really put me in a great position to get my price. He even found a skunk under the basement! All and all, I was very pleased with Perfection!

Buying a home can be a very nerve racking process, especially when it is your first home as it was for my wife and I. However, from the minute Jeff showed up I was impressed with his promptness and knowledge of the area.  Working in the construction industry I was very impressed with Jeff's knowledge, experience and keen eye on items I feel most inspectors would have missed.
