Perfect It Flooring

Throughout installing the flooring there was concern about the quality of work the provider was rendering. Concern about chips in the flooring, provider damaging flooring as he installed it, edges not lining up, sloppy molding work. Concern was also brought up about the length of time it was taking him to complete the project. He estimated the project would take 2-3 days and he was still not complete on day 4. He also brought his two minor children to the worksite. A dispute regarding these concerns arose and Salaam Payton stated that he refused to finish the work and he demanded the balance due. We told him that we would pay the balance when he completed the work correctly. He escalated and became belligerent. He stated to the effect that they were his floors and he was taking them with him. He became irate, screaming profanity and began to tear up our flooring with a hammer. I told him to stop and get out of my house and he pushed me against the wall as he continued to rip up the flooring. He pushed me again and raised his hammer at me as if he was going to strike me. He continued to destroy the floor. His wife who was working as his assistant tried to calm him down and he pushed her out of the way. My son grabbed a kitchen knife to defend himself and Salaam began yelling at him in a threatening manner and raised his hammer at him as he advanced toward him. My son ran out of the house calling 911. Salaam then took his hammer and knocked a hole into the family room wall. Once the police arrived they arrested Salaam Payton and charged him with 3 felonies 1 misdemeanor. After the incident Crystal Davis (Payton's "wife") began cleaning up their tools. During which time she loaded the remaining flooring materials onto her truck, despite us having paid for them and furnishing a receipt. Floors where damaged in all rooms of our house from the provider.

Perfect it came and fixed my horrible floor. It looks fantastic and plan on hiring them again to do the rest of our house's floors.
