Slava and John were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They packed the truck like a Tetris game and could not have gotten a dime more into it. They worked well together, asked my opinion on everything. On the other end, they unloaded very fast, put together the furniture, even moved a curio for me three times until I got into just the right place. I recommend them highly.

Predatory Pricing & Bait-and-Switch (Job #S2326135)
Beware of deceptive pricing with this company. My move from Portland to Oakland was initially quoted at $4,000. A week before the move, they hiked the price to $6,400. On move day?with no other options left?they claimed my volume increased by another 200 cubic feet, adding $2,000 more to the total. This price hike happened even after I had removed several large items to reduce the load. On top of the price gouging, they suddenly demanded thousands in Venmo payments, refusing the credit card I used for my deposit. They also arrived at the wrong delivery address and attempted to charge me extra for their own administrative error. Total lack of transparency and professionalism. Save yourself the stress and find a different mover.

Scam company is not even authorized to do business in Washington state. Pushes you to put down a deposit quickly fudges the quotes. Then asks for double before they complete the job. When you ask for you deposit back they tell you to kick rocks. I have to involve my lawyer.

Do not hire this company for your move. They are unreliable and they lie about their prices. I initially negotiated a very well priced move The day before my move, they contacted me to go over my inventory, my inventory increased, so they charge me an additional $500 on top of my original price of $2500 but on the day of my move, the movers try to renegotiate and charge me an additional $2700, tagging on fee, after fee. I argued with their dispatcher about the fees, and had no choice to agree to some sort of price because I had to move. I agreed on a payment, but, on delivery day they wanted to charge me even more! When I refused to make any more payments, the delivery guy left all my stuff in the front entrance didn?t tell me He left , So all my stuff was sitting there for almost 45 minutes unattended . Terrible Service. I will list all the greivances and lies told.
1. Local service that does not use 3rd Party. Big Lie
2. Quoted price. Ended up doubling even after initial call was a video/google call to avoid this. Attempted to go up again during pick up.
3. Pick up and drop off dates changing several times.
4. Multiple contacts from many numbers. None of them on same page.(Andy, Andrew, Alexis, Mike,Victor,Islam, Jason, Andre, just to name a few)
5. Payments requested from multiple Zelles(my bank began to block) and tips demanded
4. Customer service department very rude and not helpful.
I'm not understanding how this company is still on Angi's list. I see identical reviews.
5. The only good and pleasant part was the driver Globe(not sure if spelling correctly.) He was a very hard worker and a lot of times left to do things on his own. He had to wait for hours on both sides of the moves for helpers to load/unload items. Things were not planned ahead of time.
