Frank Milo required $550 upfront, out of the approximate $900 total estimate, which I paid. Then he did not show up at the times initially agreed upon, indicating morning hours were not possible due to care for sick animals, even though he knew repair work had to be done in morning hours due to tenant work schedule. I agreed to allow $100 for time spent to go to home to review repair needs. Frank repaid only $200 of the $450 due me. i gave him at least 6 months to repay me for work he did not do at all. He has not repaid me.

"This woman is lying to all who read this I traveled to her home often times to have to be subjected to( 7 )200 and 250 lbs pigs roaming around me as i tryed to work in her home It was filty and i had flees all over me when i came home I had to foot a cost of over $600.00 for an exterminator to rid my home and animals of flees i brought home .She needs to clean up her place before she has workers come in to her home . She should be greteful i gave her back 200.00 if i was anyone else She would not have gotten it . What a nightmare"

The good- Frank showed up on time and quoted a great price. He worked hard the hours that he was here. He was very upfront about costs. The bad- my house smelled like natural gas for 48 hours. The box he built around my dryer vent (instead of moving to hole) is poorly crafted. He plugged my washer into an extension cord instead of moving the outlet down a few inches. Plus there was quite a bit of drama with him and his coworker that I was put in the middle of. The middle of the road- I had to buy my own cabinets and countertops, sand the drywall, and I’ll have to repaint after the mistakes are fixed by another contractor so it wasn’t full service.

"This woman made a point to what she has said . although some of it is true where I came on time worked hard as usual .As for the gas leak the entire existing gas line that she had was very dangerous which i had mentioned from the onsrart of the job .She had this flexible gas line dangling in the laundry room for what she said was there when she purchased the house 15 yrs ago I explained that it was very dangerous and that it she was lucky that nothing had happened after all these yrs of it being exposed to being banged into where it was located .(Right off the entrance of the door from the garage .) As for my helper i had to fire him that same day we had finished the repair at the home because he did not follow my instruction well and I had to redo the mistake he made .I seriously believed that I did correct the problem but unfortunately you can't please everyone .If she was that dissatisfied why didn't she give me an F .As you can see by the majority of my reviews on Angies list I have had very good reviews overall .In fact for the yr 2018 I won the super service award in all three (3) categories .Professionalism.promptness and service. I do have every good intention of repaying this customer for a portion of the overall job .These are the customer that I find to be very uncertain of what they really want and what is possible to accomplish in certain circumstances . ..What a nightmare"

Job very poorly done. Damage to the planks and the wall in 2 areas, too much space between the planks, and now they are starting to separate.

"As previously mentioned to this woman Not only by me but also another contactor An issue with her sub floor due to previous water damage would prvent this floor from being installed properly .Dispute recommendations from myself and another, she insisted that i install a lament flooring over an uneven floor . In doing so now she is complaing that the job was done poorly .Initially, I had explain to her that i could not guarantee that the floor would come out well yet she insisted i do it and hope for the best .She indicated that a new sub floor was too costly and furthermore mentioned that she needed to get this floor done so that she could get her uncles hospital bed in the room asap . I am not a miricle worker yet to be perfectlyfrank, the floor came out better than i thought .Obviously not good enough for her ."

He showed me what he found when taking out old rotted floor joist and explained how he was going to fix it. Did a great job. Also on last day to finish up he called to explain why he would be late coming over to finish job

Tripled price from estimate. Decking is shabby poor work guttering lousy took months to finish did not show up as promised I was told it is what it is when I tried to talk to him about this work Do not use this man you will regret it

This project was huge! Frank tackled it alone and got it done in 3 days. His pricing was very fair and he exceeded my expectations. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it turned out even better. I am not always the easiest to work with because I am picky and impatient but frank did everything he could to make sure I was happy!
