Was very happy with the service provided. Had a major issue with a crack in my sewer pipe. Josh, Josiah, Joel, and Zak were all very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the owner (Josh) came out to do the estimate. He answered all my questions including follow up questions over the phone. The estimate was very competitive and was more detailed and thought out compared to other contractors. Most importantly, the final price matched the estimate, so there were no surprises there. The customer support from Melissa in the main office was very good. She was very easy to work with, returned calls promptly, was easy to reach, and effectively handled rescheduling the work when bad weather forced us to. Overall I'm very satisfied with Perfect Plumbing!

came when they said they would. Showed me how the shower problem was not really a problem afterall. Wanted a faucet in sink fixed so that water flowed smoother. Tried cleaning the filter, still not smooth. Did not have another aerator to put in. So the 99.00 I spent was my fault with the shower, but I would think any plumber would be able to fix an aerator on the spot.

They provided top quality service and excellent customer care, especially in following up the work they initially carried out.

I have personally used Perfect Plumbing for several jobs in my own home and have clients that have used them. I have old plumbing which sprung some small leaks and they found them, and replaced the piping. Then they repaired a toilet and piping, replaced my vanity and faucet. Everyone that I have referred them to has been very pleased, saying that they send out nice, polite young men who do a good job. Also the prices are very good compared to some others and they don't take advantage of you!

My water heater's pilot light kept going out. Perfect Plumbing was able to come out the same day that I called. The guys were nice and explained a little bit about how my water heater worked and what they could and couldn't do to fix it based on the type it is. I have never had to call a plumber before so I had no idea what to expect for costs or the work that would be performed. Afterwards I did some research and later found out that I got too much information that didn't necessarily apply to my situation. I called complaining about a couple of things. Rachel, who is the receptionist, is very nice and she was great in handling my issue. I spoke with the owner for almost a half an hour about my concerns. He was very patient and explained everything in detail and resolved my concerns.

I looked up plumbing companies who had the highest ratings on Home Advisors. Here are the results #1 called 3x and left msgs but to no avail #2 trip fee is $150 plus parts and labor I did not feel comfortable with this guy #3 called Perfect Plumbing. Rachel answered all my questions and within 20 min, Jason was at my house assessing the water issue. Jason explained the problem areas and showed each product that was defective. The trip fee was $85 LESS than the other company! Between the quality of service and professionalism, I truly believe Perfect Plumbing is true to customer service.

Josh came on time, did an excellent job and even repaired some additional faucets I was having trouble with in the bathrooms. After pricing components in home depot I believe the backup sump that Josh installed cost less if you factor in labor for installation.
