They did a fantastic job. They communicated well, checked to see if I had any questions and they did a remarkable job on my concrete that had sunk 5 inches. I will have him come back to do my remaining sidewalk in the spring. Very pleased with them and I finally have peace of mind that water is no longer running towards my foundation.

Concrete Foundation - Repair
I'm proud to hear my son, Robert Wolfrum, is working for Perma-Seal. I first used Perma-Seal in the 80's for a foundation crack repair in our South Holland, IL home and then again at our Tinley Park, IL home. Both experiences were memorable and professional and fixed our basement water problems. It is good to know that my son is working for a reputable company that has been doing quality work for decades. I was surprised to hear that they do insulation and concrete leveling.

Basement Drainage Channels - Install
Where do I begin... they broke concrete they weren't supposed to, then poured it back at different slopes. Didn't level the new pour to the existing slab, broke a drain on my plumbing stack, didn't mention it, probably while trying to remove the p trap which they did not put back and dripped all over the new concrete and Into my basement. They didn't saw cut first and cracked the existing slab that they didn't replace. I cant put flooring back, the wall i was told I could easily put back, I cant due to the uneven floor at now a higher elevation. There was no evident communication between the agent who sold me the service and the guys who performed the work. I do not recommend unless you like burning time and money.

We had our basement waterproofed last year and were very happy. This year's project was adding two support beams. Again, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the people we dealt with. Both Gunnar and his team and Perfecto were skilled, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Concrete Foundation - Repair
The job was done by Victor. When he came to the house he introduced himself in a professional manner. He looked at the area of repair and did a test to confirm the cause of the problem. He showed me the problem and advised what the solution would be. He took extreme measures to lay plastic liner on the floor to prevent from damaging the floor and collect any debris. When finished, he explained what he had done and what we should look for in the next few days when testing the repair. I would ask for him to come again if I had any other repairs to be done .
