Perma Finish Bathtub & Tile Refinishing

The glazing does not hold up..after 3 years is is chipping. I called and left a message. Got a text in response wanting pictures. I sent pictures. Thana the owner determined the chipped spots were from items being dropped on the tub. The tub is in our guest bathroom and lightly used. There is one spot that the plumber dropped something. It is tiny and I told her that. She will not come look, and offered nothing more than paying $500 (a $100 more than the cost to glaze) to have it redone. She never even bothered to call.

Couldn't have gone better. Thanna did a fantastic job of preparing the tile and tub for her finishes and a super job of applying the finishes. The tile was done in a gray color with nice subtle flecks in it and the tub was done in white. The results are beautiful. I have had a home builder in the house who was very impressed with the beauty and the quality of her work and plan to hire Thanna to refinish his tile.

We had two cultured marble bathroom vanity tops refinished and are very pleased with the results. Thanna is very skilled at what she does and is excellent to work with. We considered replacing the vanity tops but the custom-size vanities required custom-made tops which would have been a significant expense. Refinishing the vanity tops resulted in nice-looking tops at a fraction of the price of replacement. If you are considering refinishing surfaces, we would encourage you to contact Thanna. We will definitely use her for future projects in our home.

Bath tub looks great. There's overspray on the bathroom shelving, sink and vanity that wont come off.

I found this company through Angie's list and after reading the reviews, I had to hire Thana! All reviews are true! She was very professional and very pleasant. Our tub is beautiful and no longer scary!. She was very meticulous to ensure no overspray went anywhere, but on the tub. Girl Power!

We were unable to buy a new tub because of the size of our bathroom. Thanna Cline was very professional and told us what the refinishing process would entail. The tub and surround look like new. Be prepared to air out the bathroom for a couple of days because the fumes are extreme. But after that, the finished product looks amazing.

The first morning she did the stripping, and the second morning, she applied the new coating.  She also replaced the worn out drain mechanism.  The tub looks great and she was very nice and professional.  Her price was the same as her quote.  I would definitely use her again and have already recommended her to a couple of people.   <br />

<p>We had the bathtub refinished 2 years ago and the finish had been peeling off.  This is in our guest bathroom and we were having out of state company for the holidays.  When I called Ms. Cline she was very professional and helpful.  I told her about the refinish peeling off and that the work was done by a company that is now out of business.  She told me she would have to remove the old finish and replace with a new finish and it would take 2 days.  One day to remove the old finish and the second day to put the new finish on.  We scheduled the refinish in November, but due to scheduling issues, we had to reschedule to December.  Ms. Cline was very accommodating and work with us for a new work schedule.  The estimate she gave me on the phone (she had not see the bathtub yet) was the same price we paid.  We are very happy with the work she did and will use her again, if needed.  Ms. Cline is professional, methodical in her work, worked consistently, cleaned up every thing when she was finished, and left us very pleased with her work.</p> <br />

Excellent service and very satisfied with product. Cannot use abrasives to clean, so a little bit of a liability. But renters must agree to proper care at risk of losing deposit, so <strong>much</strong> more economic and less trouble than replacing the bathtub and sink for a product that looks just as nice. Lifetime is about 12 years if properly maintained at which time it can be done again. Would highly recommend. <br />
