I recently bought a house and a few issues were pointed out by inspections. These guys were referred to me by friends and after getting a few bids, I had them fix my problems. They werent the cheapest, but they fixed my issues and that was all that really mattered to me. <br />

These guys were incredible!   We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half.  Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly.  they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even.  they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers.  I would highly recommend them for a job well done.  Very professional and friendly.  they also cleaned the area after completing the job. <br />

Provider showed up near 9:30 AM, and had documentation in hand as well as a crew of 4.  They began work immediately.  As they worked, they continually checked the interior walls with a level to make sure it was leveling the home again.  The crack along the outside wall near the guest bathroom closed nicely and they sealed the crack as well.  The members of the work crew that entered the house always removed their boots before entering.  When they completed, I did a walk around with them and was very pleased with the work.

Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property. <br />  A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work. <br />

Very hard working crew. Did great work and a very good job of cleanup. on final inspection, all concerns were fixed to our sastifaction. <br />

It went very well. We have a crawl space under our house and they put a series of concrete blocks and wooden beams under our floor to raise part of our house back up. They were very professional and friendly. We have used them in the past and they did a great job then. If we have any more foundation problems on any other house in the future, we will definitely use them in the future. <br />

Permalift Foundation Repair did quality work. They were very professional.

We got them from Angie's list.  They did a reasonably decent job.  They did a pretty much exact of what they said they were going to do.  They created a small hole on the foundation.  They took materials in and out there, and so it was really not much of an issue for us.   

They did not do the job right.  I had to call them back out to redo do the job.  They had to break out all the cement and start over.    The job was a one day job and we are going on 6 weeks now.  I will never use this company again. 

The pricing was great plus the 10% discount for being and Angie's List member. I found a problem while they were installing the piers. I made note of it and they came back to set it right. They tried to spread the dirt around where the holes were and I would have much rather had them haul the dirt away. They came when they said they would come. They started on the date they said and finished the work in two days. I only dealt with on person. Everyone was professional and did what they were supposed to do.

Excellent experience doing business with PERMALIFT (again). They leveled the house and notified me of a leak that I had under my house. Without them I probably wouldn't have known about the leak for a while and may have had worse structural damage down the road. They did exactly what they said they would do. The crew was very professional and friendly and was extremely patient answering all of my 50+ questions. Thank you very much! <br />

I was impressed with the education I received during the estimate and that they gave a Angie's List member discount. The work started on a Thursday and was supposed to finish before the weekend, but the foreman broke his finger on the second day. The pace of work slowed significantly after the crew lost their foreman, which was definitely understandable. At the end of the day on Friday my wife was told the work was done by the acting foreman. When I got home after work I noticed that the basement support poles were not installed. I called the office and setup for them to come back at 9 am on the next Tuesday. They had not showed up by noon so I called to check and was told they would be there in the afternoon instead. The crew was still without their foreman and took a lot longer than they first estimated to install the basement poles. Overall the workmanship was good, the price was fair, and they did a good job of cleaning up. The punctuality was not great, but I think losing the foreman had a lot to do with it.

I guess every now and then some customers go awry and a small mistake becomes a major disaster for that customer. <br /> The question then becomes, will they step up and take responsibility for it? <br /> After months of researching flooring companies (including joining Angies list), we chose Permalift to stabilize the flooring in our 100 plus year old home. Stabilize. To move some heavy furniture in; that it. <br /> We were told to schedule two days, August 27th & 28th. <br /> They showed around 9 something am and by the time I was home a little after 11am they were 'done'. <br /> Done doing the one thing, the ONE thing we didn't want; which was to try and level the floors in a 100 year old wood frame home. I could have cried when I saw the structure damage on the east wall. <br /> To make a long long long boring story short, I recorded the conversation with Gregg where he admits he didn't talk to his crew that day on this job since he was out of town. The best part of course is when, 15 minutes later, he starts to tell me maybe its my fault it all happened since I wasn't there till 11 am..... <br /> Never mind they are the professional company paid for expertise. <br /> Never mind they had us schedule out two days and did the damage in 2 hours. <br /> Never mind they moved the walls. <br /> Its not their fault; its mine. <br /> I don't even know how to explain a company would even try and put that on a customer; it is shady and speaks of a lack of something.... <br /> The whole experience was about the worst I've dealt with in companies and leaves me nothing but a sad sense of loss. I have no idea how much it will end up costing to stabilize the wall; we'll wait for the reports. I wish now we'd gone with the company for 1000 to just put concrete blocks under the house from Home Depot. How sad is that? <br /> It took them almost 2 months to get out and fix a tiny part of the mistake. I was out one week in that time at a conference and they actually tried to blame that scheduling on my again...funny; cause I was always calling them. <br /> They get F's because in the end, they didn't step up to the plate and fix it or even really try and fix it. <br /> I could tell I was in a pain in the a$$ for them. <br /> I could also tell they never checked the paperwork; I never signed the arbitration clause and have one year from date of service to make a decision on what to do about the structure damage. <br /> PS Stop calling women 'honey'; their parents took all that time and trouble to name them for a reason. <br /> <br /> <br />

Added ten lifts/piles. On time and very customer oriented including walk thru inspection after work completed and a customer survey. The crew was very respectable and made sure customer property was not abused. I had additional questions for the manager, Greg, who came to the house again. All questions were answered and no issues. While here, he inspected the crew's work and found a few very slight imperfections ( I would never have noticed the issues). He had the same crew return to make additional improvements (no costs). Overall, very satisfied and would recommend to anybody. <br />

Excellent to do business with,permalift did exactly to the letter, what they said they would do, The house went right back into place as we hoped it would, everything down to the brick was repaired with excellent craftsmanship!  The crew was extremely professional,and was very patient answering any questions we had as they went along, we had high expectations and they definitely met them all!  Very glad to see their are businesses with integrity out there! <br />

Salesperson (Greg) came by and gave us a blow by blow account of what was happening to the dwelling and discussed what we could do to stablize the house.  Living on cul de sac, a lot of pressure after 40 years takes its toll on the foundation.  The crew arrived on the specific date and finished up the same date (on foundation). Concrete crew had to come back next day to complete the expansion joints.  Everything went well and clean up was as represented by the sales pitch.  A very professional and complete work ethic by the foundation installers and concrete crew.  Very pleased with results.  The 10% discount was eaten up with additional concrete work that we requested at the time of service.  All in all, a great experience on our part and I hope the company's.

They did the work last October and now the peers need adjustment. I can not get them to take my phone calls. When they did the work they were very good and very efficient. It came with a lifetime warranty so they are supposed to come back out if the peers need adjustment. Our peers now need adjustment and I can't get them on the phone. I would use them again.
