About us

I personally come to do the estimates, I go and give the clients a price. If they like the price and want me to do the job. I try to get half down and the rest when the job is done. Ill invoice them if they want or just get a check after the work is completed. I do a spring and summer special and Ill let the clients know at the estimate.

Frank recommended the California style and made sure the water would pitch correctly. He added a stoop and walk way to help my parents going into their home. He was very professional and detailed information was given to myself and parents. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Frank Perrone was very professional from beginning to end. When Frank initially came out he inspected the 9' x 15' concrete patio we had installed just a few months earlier. He said the previous installer did a good job but he will do better with the addition. We had a sunroom built and a patio added on, however, when all the snow melted we realized that the patio was too small.

Frank explained the whole process very thoroughly and told me how he was going to reinforce the joint between the old and new sections so there would be no separation down the line. I felt like Frank has a real passion for concrete work and treats every job like he is doing it at his house. It is very difficult to tell the difference between the two sections of patio work and I was completely satisfied with how everything turned out.

I have just two small complaints were when Frank reinstalled the section of fence/gate that he had to take down to access my backyard, he did not line them up at the same height. He profusely apologized about it. The other was that I have a drain next to the walkway leading to the shed. I noticed after a rainfall that the water was not draining properly because of the cement now blocking the flow of water. The water still drains but a little slower.
