We were very pleased with the work that Jay did. He was very courteous and considerate. We will use Personal Niche in the future for other projects that may come up.

Chose Personal Niche to renovate a 2-bedroom condo that hadn't been touched for at least 20 years. They coped really well with a number of issues -- my increasing the scope and supplier delays, particularly for a shower assembly. Jay was startlingly fast for all that he did. In the end the main thing was that I felt that I got really good work for a reasonable price.

David and his crew went above and beyond what I was expecting. Would hire again, if needed. Thanks guys!

The worker knew exactly how to do the repairs. Discussed the dry rot damage and best repair options. Went over patio & yard with a magnet when done and swept up. Good people.

After 45 minutes I called Dave to learn the guys were on their way. When they arrived Jay and Oliver (I hope I have his name right) began immediately as I pointed out the things to be done. They were very professional and efficient. There was a lot of going in and out (work being done at the truck) and each time the shoe covers were put on and all traces of work at the truck were cleaned up. I’m not sure why it took both guys to go get the new hose bibb and unfortunately I did not remember to request my senior discount but overall I was pleased with the work.

They are very fast and smart. They fix a drawer which was difficult because the hardware was obsolete. They painted the deck very quickly.

GREAT! David and his crew did an excellent job taking care of our ever expanding list of work, in a neat and orderly fashion and within our tight schedule. I could not be happier. We went from having a totally useless dirty old garage to a very useful, secure, dry storage area, workshop area, and secure parking space. .. and a great place to park and store our RV. He even managed to make our fence work better to get the rv in and out. David really takes care of his customers!!!

We had two jobs done on two different days. We had to call back to arrange a time to have the other work completed. On the day of service, they were supposed to call when they were on there way. They never call. Fortunately one of us was home. The door to the garage was installed with an uneven gap on the bottom, so now we need to get a piece of weather stripping for the bottom of the door and complete the job ourselves. The filler they used to fill the nail holes on the kitchen trim is a red clay color that was used very liberally. Now we need to do a bunch of sanding and repaint all of the trim. They did reinstall our bathroom sink correctly. We did not expect to have to do this much follow up work. We would not hire them again.

David was very professional and direct with the estimate and was able to schedule the work to be done in about a week. Jay and Mark arrived on time with all hardware needed. They completed an eight-hour job in less than five hours. They were very professional and courteous, cleaning up all their work as they went. I will definitely be hiring this company for the next phase of my remodel.

Our rural neighborhood finally got access to a broadband internet source after years of being overlooked and bypassed by the local providers. Fiberoptic cable was brought to one house and a system of wireless radio connections were made to the other 8 houses. This required antenna mast and radio placement on STEEP, 2-story roofs which were way beyond our comfort level. The folks at personal niche were flexible and attentive, worked with our schedules to get the work done and made it look easy, running up and down extension ladders and hanging off eaves like they were glued on. Our only issue was some confusion about payment, which was expected immediately upon completion when we hadn't received an invoice to our knowledge. They earned their pay. As my physical therapist says, "men over 60 on ladders is malpractice". They charged $150/hour for a 2-man crew and a well equipped truck.

It went very well, with the assigned work completed on the first visit. Complications, no fault of the workmanship, did come up and they returned promptly and were successful in solving the issue. I enjoyed having them come again!

Went great. Took a little longer than expected due to the pressure washing taking longer than expected and then the weather decided not to cooperate. But they were there promptly the following Monday to complete the 2 day stain project doing 2 coats of stain. It turned out great! Would definitely use them again. We were happy to have it all completed before family arrived.
