I thought I had a major issue with my toilet with a possible leak. Frank of Personal Plumbing came out. He was very polite and respectful. He did a very thorough inspection of the toilet and found that fill hose in the tank had just come loose and was spraying water at the top of the tank which then leaked from the lid. So he checked my other toilet as well. And also the water pressure. The water pressure was fine. Every thing now works great. Thank you Personal Plumbing and Frank for your prompt response and dedication to your customers.

Your guys CJ & Andrew were awesome! They did such a nice clean looking job! Super professional and very informative. They walked me through setting up the app for the whole house water shut off valve they installed and now I get a reduced rate on my homeowners insurance. They also found that my water pressure reducing valve had failed and replaced that at the same time. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did.

Last night we discovered lots of water damage in our garage and knew there had to be a leak. We reached out to Personal Plumbing this morning and the reception staff was so helpful and kind. Thankfully, they were able to send Elias out the same day to help us with the leak. Elias was awesome! He was very polite, efficient, and communicated our plumbing issues throughly with us. If we had questions or concerns, he would talk through everything with us. When he finished fixing the leak and before leaving, he ensured everything was flowing smoothly and cleaned up the area. We appreciate Elias so much and recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!

Christian installed a new thermostat and he was incredibly professional knowledgeable and nice I would Recommend Excel to To anyone looking for heating and air and I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were great!

They were extremely responsive and very professional. They offered us a reasonable price for the job and the task was done professionally. I would hire them if I need other plumbing work. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!

I was a good experience, actually they made a scheduling error and they didn't show up on first day that they were supposed to and then they rescheduled it. As a result of that, they gave me basically two for one units done so they made an error and then they fixed it so I'm happy with it over all even though it was a mistake at the beginning but kind of stuff happens. The second time he showed up when he was supposed to. just one guy came out. He was there about 50 minutes

Friendly customer service and professionalism. Two guys serviced the unit and check each room in the house, as well as the inside returns and filters. They made recommendations regarding vent settings and leaving room doors open to improve return airflow.
