Excellent!!! Cida and her crew worked tirelessly to get my house into shape. They did an extremely thorough initial cleaning and spent an entire day doing what they said they would do. We were so impressed that we decided then and there to hire them to come on a regular basis for maintenance. Their rates are reasonable and their work ethic is excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

The cleaning was amazing. Three people working for four hours—that’s the equivalent of one person working for twelve hours on my one-bedroom apartment, and it shows. I didn’t think my place could ever be this clean, but Pessoa Batista did it. Worth every penny.

I hired Pessoa Batista Cleaning as a Christmas present for my son to deep clean his apartment. Three young men living together - need I say more? Cida was great! She always responded promptly to my messages and quickly arranged to go to the apartment and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable as I had checked others in Boston and they were outrageous! I wasn't disappointed. Cida and her crew did an amazing job and spent hours cleaning everything inside and out. My son was very happy with their work and has hired them on a regular basis. Highly recommend Cida and her crew!

They did a fabulous job!!! We purchased a camper that has been unoccupied for 2 years. It needed to be cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom. The place looks amazing!! Every inch cleaned and sanitized, this was a last minute job and they didn’t hesitate to come. Never worked in this environment and came anyways. Did more than expected!!! I would highly recommend this team. I will use them every year for opening!

I took advantage of the $80/2 hours of cleaning coupon they were offering and am glad I did. This was a great cleaning service to work with -- very good at communication, reminder texts, etc. Arrived on time. 3 people worked for 1 hour, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces in bathrooms kitchen and elsewhere, as previously agreed on. The workers were very polite, quiet and worked hard -- I would definitely recommend this company and will be hiring them again.

Called to enquire about having my house cleaned and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get the appointment set up and have the arrangements finalized. The crew of 2 women and 1 man were very polite, efficient and **** hard workers. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, Livingroom and kitchen from top to bottom a matter of a few short hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cida and her team have now been cleaning our house every other week for about 6 months as of the date of this writing, and we could not be more pleased. She has a great attitude, is punctual, very communicative, and VERY detail oriented. She cleans things our previous cleaners never seemed to notice, like vents and baseboards, for example. She even cleans between ever slat in our kitchen chairs (we have 4 kids), between every banister on the steps, etc. Not only is her team incredibly detail oriented, they are easy to get along with, show up when they say they will, and are always sweet to our children. We could not recommend her more highly!

Vera and her crew come and clean our house every other week. Very easy to work with, great communication, flexible on timing when we need it. They work around the clutter we leave, leaving things neater and getting to all the surfaces needing cleaning.

Vera and her team came highly recommended from another new mom and we have been so grateful for her help! She and her lovely team have cleaned our home in Watertown approx. six times over three months and it has been such a lifesaver to have her help. She and her team are so kind, so thorough and so fast! They scrub our condo top-to-bottom in about 60-90 minutes. They are great. Thorough cleaning job. Very professional and nice, polite people. They also clean my father's large house and do great job. I am in my late fifties and I am very busy - 55 hours a week on the job and some other responsibilities. Hiring them helps me.
