Well, pest control has been an issue at my house, so the jury is still out. We use them throughout the fall. There was one worker that came out. We never eradicated our pest problem; we still get bugs.

Everything was GREAT! One day after work I walked into the kitchen and saw a GIANT rat on my counter top. I am extremely freaked out by them. I grabbed my baby and ran outside, I was not going back inside until that sucker was gone. As I was on the phone with my husband (the neighbor must have heard our conversation) my neighbor said they were dealing with the same problem. They spoke VERY highly about Billy, and Pest Roper! I got Pest Roper's number from my neighbor and gave them a call. It was 5:15 on a Friday, so I wasn't really expecting anyone to answer the phone, but to my surprise Pest Roper did. Sharon was very pleasant to deal with. She went above and beyond and got Billy to my house that same evening! After a very thorough inspection Billy found several points of entry, and showed them all to me. He even went up into the attic and showed me where the rats were running around the insulation, and chewing the AC pipe and wiring. Billy gave me an estimate that included sealing all points of entry, setting traps, and cleaning/sanitizing the attic. When we agreed on a price, Billy set traps in the kitchen then more in the attic and garage. Before he was finished setting the traps in the garage he had already caught the rat on my countertop. I just couldn't believe that! After the house was sealed he returned to check the traps, and we ended up catching a total of 16 rats. Once all of the rats were gone Billy and David sanitized and disinfected the attics. Billy also removed all of the rat droppings that were in the storage area and on top of my A/C unit. I really could not be happier with the level of professionalism and customer service from Pest Roper. The whole experience from scheduling with Sharon to the work being done by Billy and David was hassle-free. They even gave me a lifetime guarantee with this work, and assured me they would come back for free to check on things whenever I wanted. Thank you Pest Roper! On a side note I happened to mention to Billy about a giant wasps nest on my daughter's playset. She hasn't been able to play on it for over two weeks because she's allergic to them. So Billy put on a bee suit (which my daughter loved) went back there and killed what looked like 100 wasp! (he didn't even change me.) I'm glad to know that if I ever have a pest problem I can call Pest Roper!

Had these guys come out and do an intial inspection of my home and spray. These guys were very friendly and gave some really good advise on how to keep the critters out.

Very well, they are prompt on appointments, show up on time and explain what they will do each time. Sharon answers phone call quickly and courtesy. Very nice.

They said the first thing they needed to do was seal all the entry and exit points, which they did by using a combination of wire and black expanding foam. It made a real mess. He said he would be back to clean it up eventually so it wouldn't be such an eye sore, but he never did that. After several weeks of putting traps in the attic we were still hearing the noises and the black and white expanding foam began to increase around the house. Then while we were out inspecting with Billy we saw an entry point about 2 inches wide between the first and second floors. Again with the black foam. Still nothing caught in the attic. Apparently they are in the subfloor and there isn't anything to be done about that according to Pest Roper. Now the rats come and go between the hardiplank siding, just push or pull it out when they want in or out. We can see the marks where they usually come and go - _but according to Pest Control nothing can be done unless we caulk all the siding. So much for that lifetime guarantee we purchased. They also promised to disinfect and deoderize the attic which never happened, although promising several times that they would. Billy said that he had overcharged up (over a thousand dollars for the lifetime guarantee) so he would do us a big favor and treat the yard for ants too. That never happened either. It's been almost a year, there are still set rat traps in the attic, expanding black foam and white caulk all over our light colored bricks on our house, rats are still coming and going as they please and Billy refuses to come back to rectify the situation. This is about the worst company I have ever dealt with. I always try to go with smaller, local companies for work on my home but this episode has made rethink that stance. I really hope they get their act together.

Great service and very easy to work with.  I tried another pest control company previously that made several mistakes including putting rat poison outdoors, which resulted in a dead rat stinking up my 2nd floor.  Further they were not able to identify any entry points.  Billy hopped up on the roof and was quick to identify the problem spots.  Scheduling, timeliness, promptness--all were fantastic.  A few days after initial service, I noticed "droppings" inside my 2nd floor (as opposed to my attic) and was concerned.  Within two hours, Billy was at my door to investigate.  Just fantastic response time.  Further, I have peace of mind with their lifetime guarantee. <br />

The critters haven't been back! Was very accommodating to our dogs, made sure he did our yard in stages so that our dogs wouldn't be affected by the treatment. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. <br />

He is very conscientious and is trying very hard to get rid of this last stubborn rat.

This company is great!  I called the main number and spoke to Sharon who has a wonderful personality.  I loved her friendly style of relating and her committment to providing excellent customer service.  Billy was the technician assigned to my home and he was professional and efficient.  He was well experienced and took time to listen to the whole problem and explained corrections and the exterminating plan clearly.  We were very pleased with his professional demeanor and expertise.  We felt very safe working with Billy in our home.  I sincerely appreciate the good people of Rodent Roper and I sincerly recommend their services.  I am planning on calling them for general insect pest control in the future. <br /> <br />

I called Pest Roper and Billy had the problem resolved in just a few days. He found the entry point and sealec it off. Then traps were set inside the garage. With a couple days the rats were caught and Billy came back to dispose of them. We have not seen any further sign of rats and are pleased with the results. We found Pest Roper to be knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced. We were pleased with tty he service performed and would use and recommend them in the future. <br />

I called Pest Roper and spoke to Sharon. She answered all  of my questions about bees and why they were swarming around the side of my house. She sent Billy out a few days later and he showed me where the bees were going in and out of my siding. He gave me a fair price to kill the bees and remove the honeycomb then gave me a 10% senior discount! He had the work done quickly and cleanly and gave me a lifetime warranty.
