It went wonderfully. I keep using him, he painted my kitchen a few months back and everything I ask, he's able to do. He's thorough, he cleans up and takes every away so it is spotless when he's done. Everything is done satisfactorily. He does smaller jobs so he's always sort of cobbling his work schedule together. It isn't like he's had something for weeks for a time but he gets here.

Derek Peszko, owner of this construction business, made room in his schedule to come the day I called. I explained that the droppede ceiling grid had bent in several places, was continuing to sink lower, and that I was afraid the whole ceiling would fall down in our basement rec room. He removed critical supports along the outer wall to ease the tension in the grid that night. <br /> He returned several days later to remove paneling from that basement wall so that basement specialists could evaluate the wall underneath the paneling. <br /> We have extensive work coming up to straighten walls. <br /> I appreciate the fact that Derek was so willing to fit me into his schedule at such short notice. The ceiling parts and the paneling were all stacked neatly and the entire area cleaned up before leaving. <br />

He went way beyond what I expected him to do. He had better ideas of what to do. He worked through the weekend and came back multiple times throughout the day. He went at it till it was done.
