4 June 2021. Peterson Bros. Sealcoating, also operating / formerly operating as PaveCo NH. I have been unable to contact PaveCo NH to complete additional asphalt work performed at my home on 28 November 2020. They have not contacted me this year, as promised, to fulfill their obligations. Their phone number is no longer in service. The Voice mailbox of one of the brother's is full and he is not answering the phone, and they are not responding to their on-line e-mail requests for service. The additional work performed in late November 2020 was using sub-par asphalt which has been coming apart starting this spring. Right now, both Benjamin (Ben) Peterson and James (Jimmy) Peterson of PaveCo NH appear to have disappeared. Ben and Jimmy are now operating Peterson Bros. Sealcoating at the same address as PaveCo NH with a new phone number. Neither Ben nor Jimmy have responded to phone calls and on-line e-mail requests for service for Peterson Bros. Sealcoating. If you encounter these people in any business venture, DO NOT hire them for any reason. update 08/03: I would have to presume that you completely forgot we spoke on the phone on or about 20 July 2021 in an to attempt to resolve this issue. Your Company, " Peterson Bros. Sealcoating " and " PaveCo NH " are owned and operated by you and your brother, out of the same address, using the same exact crew of people to perform services. Your brother refused to answer phone calls and respond to e-mails requesting a response to correct major issues with the asphalt services performed. This is why you were contacted as well. You and your brother have yet to resolve this issue, or contact me, to provide, as promised on or about 20 July 2021, to return and install a complete new asphalt service that has failed. To use the pandemic as an excuse for poor workmanship using poor product I find shameful on your part.
