Everything about Paul and Mindy Peterson and their son Anthony is professional and well done. Mindy came out and gave a thorough report with pictures, never a hard sell. I went with the medium option (not the most expensive with all the bells and whistles and did not go with the basic). She was informative and honest. A family owned local business who works really hard at the integrity of the business. Anthony arrived and so impressed with how they were concerned with the respect of my home. They draped the floors with painters cloth and super duper careful on walls, doors, etc. The job was completed in timely manner and if I had any issues - which I don't , they are the kind of people who want to make it right and would come back in a heartbeat. They are great people and in today's world, it is really hard to find ethical suppliers who also care about the customer. Job well done and HIGHLY recommend. Look no further, they are the real deal.

We called for a quote and Mindy came the same day to review our spaces and provide a price. After rain cancelled our first installation, the second date was dry and the team of three guys were on time. They reviewed where we wanted the tubes and took their time with the installation. The addition of natural light makes a huge difference and we are very satisfied with the product and the installation.

It went great. <br /> They did a great job with the energy audit. After that, they gave a very competitive bid for a lot of work we needed on the upstairs, as the prior owner did a horrible job. <br /> They were fast, efficient and very flexible on our schedule. Within a day, we noticed a major difference in the temperature situation in the upstairs - it was a major improvement. I highly recommend! <br />

He was very knowledgeable and professional. After the audit we received an estimate to correct any areas that were discovered. Unlike what we originally thought our issues were not the windows and doors. The estimate was for $4000 to add insulation to the attic, increase airflow in the attic, install foam insulation around our fireplace and throughout the basement as well as removing the attic fan and adding drywall. <br /> The price is the estimated price for projects to be completed. <br />

So far, so good. The work was completed quickly and on time. My house is noticably more comfortable. Hopefully my electric and gas bills will be much more under control since the work was done. Paul Peterson seems to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable about building, budgets, and insulation. <br />

With cantilever work and walls , probably less than 3,000.00. That would be to remove the metal soffit material , install foam board, seal, and then re-install the soffit materials. Richard spent about 1 hour here and looked <br /> at our Villa area answered our question. He never used any equipment or <br /> gauges. We needed our airflow and heating ducks check for the proper amount of Airflow <br /> and why our thermoset did does work properly? He answered our questions. <br /> Richard recommended Welch Heating and cooling company. <br /> <br /> I did not use Welch but I am happy with the person who done the work. Our problem was solved.

"I am supprised that Mr. [Member name removed] did not contact me to discuss the fact that the HVAC contractor I recommended did not resolve his problems. The Welsch HVAC company is the company who installed the original system and had serviced it for the prior owner for 10 years. I e mailed Mr.[Member name removed] several days after visiting his home to access whether his issues had been addressed by Welsch HVAC company and as far as I know he did not respond to my inquiry. Then June 22nd I see this communication come over from Angies List. I would be more than happy to try to help Mr. [Member name removed] further, but feel I was not made aware his issues were not addressed. I am not an HVAC professional, and his issue with the thermostat was beyond my expertise, but tried to put him onto a company I thought fitting. Sorry for any confusion as far as our services go, but again, we are not equipped to handle technical electronic boards that involve warranty issues . The fact that his condo organization held a warranty on the property and got in the middle of servicing the unit complicated the situation to some extent. They really should have been the ones responsible to follow through with the problem thermostat since they were the ones to install it. If Mr. [Member name removed] would like , I can try to assist him further with trying to find a qualified person or company to remedy the problem . Sincerely, Paul Peterson"

The visit was pleasant but I never received any information on what he accessed for my home. I called two months after the visit and asked for an assessment and was told that I would receive something that same week. It has since been 4 months now and still nothing. Update: After calling a few more times, I finally got a response. He stated that because my home is older and had knob and tube wiring there wasn't much he could do.?
