We've hired Zereski Plumbing a few times now and every time Pete and his team have done an outstanding job and unlike several other plumbers we've come across over the years Pete is highly responsive - and the thing I like most is if he cannot accept a job because he's busy, he tells you, and doesn't leave you hanging. Additionally Pete and his team are thoughtful in their approach and conscientious. Highly recommend. Will hire again.

I contacted Peter because I was concerned about my hot water heater. It was close to 16 years old and I knew I was living on borrow time. Peter outlined all of my options for replacement heaters including reimbursements from MassSave and addressed the concerns I had about some of the options. In the end, I had him install the electric heater. Peter does great work and is more responsive than anyone I have met on Angie's List. I would recommend him to anyone.

Peter was incredibly responsive.  He responded to my initial email within a couple of hours. I received quotes from 2 other plumbers for the work and all were about the same price but Peter was by far the most responsive and professional.  He gave me a 1-hour window from 11-12 and showed up right at 11:30.  He took the time to answer any questions I had about the permit / inspection process and operation / maintenance of the new water heater.  He will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future. <br />

I initially contacted one of the big plumbing companies in the area for an estimate to install my new hybrid hot water heater.  The estimate that I received was exorbitantly high.  I called Peter Zereski and he immediately got back to me with a much more reasonable and appropriate estimate.  Once the heater was delivered, I contacted him again and he promptly set up an appointment to install. <br /> Everything went very smoothly with installation. After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future <br /> <br />

I contacted Peter to repair an issue I was having with my heating system. After scheduling the work months ago, he arrived on time and did a great job. He's a very busy guy but very professional. The best vendor I've dealt with on Angie's List.

The entire experience was great. Initial contact via email was efficient. Scheduling was prompt. Price was excellent and held true to estimate. Workmanship solid and neat. Pete told me I could paint the pipes on the exterior of the house.  Why would I?  They are the gleaming work of a craftsman. Town inspector's words, "A job well done". Lawn sprinkler guy, "Good water pressure". Everybody happy. <br /> Before finding Pete for this job I discussed the job with two other plumbers, and the experiences were very frustrating. Communication bad. Details of the job fuzzy. Prices insulting.  Pete brings professionalism to the trade and I feel lucky to have found him. <br /> <br />

Service was great. Solid communication, timely estimate and was able to perform the work professionally and within the projected time-frame. No surprises with final bill, and the work was of high quality. <br />

I had an issue with one of my toilets. I emailed Peter and he followed up with me on that same night. Very responsive as he has been in the past for me. I explained the problem and he was able to stop by a few days later. It was a cheap repair but something I wasn't qualified to do. I will definitely use Peter again. He is polite, explains the problem, and makes sure I understand why he is recommending a specific solution. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Peter was very responsive from the start, returning all my Carl's answering all my questions and all my emails. Between the time I first contacted him to the time the hot water heater was installed was only five days. Other quotes that I got worms for a week to two weeks out. His price was very fair, but work was performed quickly and perfectly. I would hire him again for any plumbing work that

Great!  Peter is fantastic.  A squirrel had gotten stuck in the tube leading out of the top of the water heater.  He was the only plumber that didn't think i was crazy.  He came right out that afternoon, removed the squirrel (and other long dead animals at the bottom of the chimney), offered to cap the chimney (with one from from his garage, at no charge) so that it wouldn't happen again.  While that was happening, he discovered why the squirrels like my chimney so much - the lining inside of the chimney was pulling away from one side.  Since my water heater was 13 years old, I went along with his suggestion to replace the water heater and add a chimney lining, with a cap.  Also had him replace a broken outdoor spigot and bathroom faucet.  All was done with professionalism by him and crew - on time and did not leave a mess - and at reasonable rates. I will definitely use Peter and his crew for future plumbing issues! <br /> <br />

Peter and his crew should add capes to their uniforms because they saved the day! My husband informed me of a "small leak" from the water heater, but there was nothing small about it to me. The puddle had me worried. When I spoke to Peter, I expressed my concern, and he was here that morning to replace the water heater. The newly installed water heater has saved us money because we got a great price on a solid heater and on improved efficency. Not only did Peter and his team save my house from water damage, but they saved my husband from getting into hot water over a "small leak." <br />

It's been very satisfying experience working with Peter since the very first call. We quickly exchanged emails and Peter gave us estimated price range  which we found competitive.  He did a very good job overall fixing our broken water pipe and we've had no issues with it since then. Peter even helped us with obtaining plumbing work permit which I never thought would be required for small emergency repairs like this. I would highly recommend his service and will definitely consider him as our option#1 going forward. <br />

I am a repeat customer of Peter Zereski. I find it laughable that someone claims that Peter didn't call them back. From the time I first emailed Peter about my problem two weeks ago, all he has done is OVERCOMMUNICATE with me. Due to additional contractors working at my house, I had to reschedule several times. He was nothing but understanding and flexible. He worked to reschedule a new time that worked for both of us. <br /> Initially I had him look at a leaking toilet. After that was repaired, I had him look at dripping problem in my shower. Peter evaluated the problem and ended up replacing the unit. He is a trustworthy guy that proposes solutions that are the best for the homeowner, not what will make him the most money. How do I know? Because I've been screwed over by other plumbers in the past. <br /> <br /> <br />

Peter did a great job installing a new water heater.  He was professional and courteous, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and left the area cleaner than when he found it.  He charged exactly what he estimated and took care of a couple additional odds and ends at no additional cost.  I would hire him again and recommend him without hesitation. <br />
