Pete's Pressure Washing Services, LLC, works with commercial and residential properties where cleaning is needed. I give my services in the counties of Pasco, Pinellas, and Hernando in the state of Florida. Throughout my many years of experience cleaning properties such as pools, pool cages, sheds, driveways, gutters, houses, decks, fences, rain barrels, mobile homes, vehicles, etc. I've learned that every property has a different approach to effective cleaning. Because of this, I've developed knowledge on what is effective how to effectively use what works.

Pete did a terrific job pressure cleaning my concrete driveway and front walkway. He was very thorough and went the extra mile removing stubborn stains. On top of that, he was polite, professional, and on time!

Pete was punctual and very reasonably priced. He showed up on time for the estimate and the job. He went above and beyond because the gutters were pretty caked with debris. He also cleaned exterior windows and cleaned up behind himself. He pressure washed the gutter exteriors and did extra for those hard to clean sections. We paid above the estimate, even though he did not ask for more, because of the excellent job

Pete did an excellent job on my driveway, front & side walkway and sidewalk. The local utility company had a pipe burst in front of my home which resulted in heavy layers of mud, sand, dirt and debris that could not be swept or hosed off easily. Pete is reliable. He set an appointment with me, and arrived on time. He was well equipped, knowledgeable and very professional. His pricing is very reasonable. He went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would definitely recommend his services, and will use him again when needed in the future.

Pete was right on time. He was professional and polite. He even went the “extra mile” and did the gutters on the street in front of our house. He did an excellent job. His price was fair. We will use him again and recommend him to our neighbors.

"I have to say thank you for a couple things, one for doing business with you and two that you had the patience for the hold up. I do apologize for the machine seizing up in the cold weather. Unfortunately, this is a common problem with small engines and pumps in which can slow everything down (which is why even vehicles need time to warm up when its freezing out and sometimes don't even start). As for renting a new unit, I fortunately did not need to do so since I managed to fix and adjust it to the current situation. However, if that failed I'd be more than happy to rent a unit in order to make your home a cleaner place to be. Thank you again!"

Pete communicated every step of the way and did an excellent job. we had our entire house, fence, driveway and sidewalk powerwashed and they look amazing. Wow what a difference! Pete even gave us advice on how to slow down the algea on the fence. I hope he stays in business for years to come because we will call on him again for sure

Pete arrived as scheduled and worked hard and steady until the job was complete. He left the area clean of debris such as as all the loose paint he removed. He also gave me some good advice on additional things I can do to help the appearance of the wall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Outstanding effort. Serious, deeply ingrained dirt, mildew, rust and oil. Pete took extra time to scrub and rescrub and coat concrete with a substance to mitigate further organic growth. Total time - 3+ hours.

Peter did a great job for our Storage Business. He pressure washed the storage buildings, being especially careful to avoid the door openings to avoid water leaks. His prompt professional service was especially appreciated, as timelines were tight for the painters to arrive. I would recommend his business for others requiring pressure washing projects.

Pete did an excellent job! He told us there was algae growing on the house, which I had not really noticed, and took care of it by using the chemicals that would get rid of it. The wooden deck has not looked so good in years. It's almost like it was when it was built many years ago. Pete took care of everything in two days and did the work for a fair price. I highly recommend his service if you need pressure washing done.

Pete is not only a very honest gentleman in giving estimates which I found to be extremely reasonable in his pricing but also very meticulous with his work. My home is on a two acre piece of land and he worked tirelessly in pressure washing around the whole area which is covered with a white vinyl fence and a black iron fence. HE DEFINITELY AIMS TO PLEASE HIS CUSTOMERS and will continue to work until you are completely satisfied. I have had my fence , house , gutters and gazebo pressure washed before by other companies but this is the FIRST TIME I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY HOW WHITE EVERYTHING LOOKED!
