Thank you for your interest in Petra Home Services, Washington's premier painting professional! We are actively booking projects and services we specialize in interior and exterior projects, including pressure washing for exterior work! Often we turn around a full project in 3-4 days and cover everything from estimate to clean up! Petra has been active in the Washington area for 5+ years and with over 10+ years of experience we offer a variety of expertise. We do offer maintenance schedules for completed projects with our family of customers and will work with you directly to make sure your home is well cared for. Repainting the exterior of our 1960 house wasn't an easy, quick job. Particularly the south side and part of the east side were quite weathered and needed quite a bit of prepping. Petra Home Services took on the project at a fair price. What we particularly appreciated was: - how they addressed any concern we raised during all phases of the project; - how quietly, efficiently and patiently they worked over five consecutive days. (Our dog has become even more reactive to strangers around the house during the COVID-19 pandemic and yet he barked and reacted to the crew's presence on just a few occasions.) We are pleased with how the house looks like now.

Quality work at a reasonable price! Ever leave a message for a contractor and maybe if you're lucky you will hear from them in a few days? This in not Peter at Petra Home Services. He responded quickly the first time and throughout our relationship. His crew was efficient and detailed oriented. They were quiet, which the neighbors appreciated, and tidy. Communication was excellent as he listened and maybe had to put up with me. I would highly recommend Petra Home Services!

Peter and his crew did a great job. They came when they said they would. They did a high quality job, and did it quickly. He was good at explaining our options. The finished product is excellent! The house looks really nice. Plus a bonus - compared to other construction/contractors we've had here, his crew was very quiet. My husband works from home, so we really noticed this.
