PETREE PLUMBING

We really enjoyed working with Kevin and Jason Petree. They were easy to work with, did a great job and communicated very well.

With living in an older house nothing can ever be easy, the pipe from the kitchen sink was not where it was thought to be but about 3 feet over in another wall.  After cutting a hole in the back wall of the cabinet he had to take some paneling off the wall and cut the drywall out to access the actual pipe that was leaking.  He did a great job in cleaning up and explaining what had happened and we were glad we found it now rather than later as it could have been a huge problem if gone unattended.  He recommended things to take care of the damp wood that had been leaked on before wall is put back on.  I will get this taken care of.  They were very responsive to the call first thing Monday morning and luckily were able to get the job done same day. <br />

They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected. <br /> These extra things were at no extra labor charge since it was mostly done in an hour and we had the pieces to put in, just a few dollars for the PVC pipe.  Did a great job, were friendly, and kind to ask if there was anything else since they were paid for the time really appreciated them...far more than the general contractor who was a nightmare. <br />

He was clean professional and knowledgeable.  I would recommend to all Angie list customers.  If you have a plumbing problem call them now. He fixed a toilet and told us if there is still a leak what it could be and what our options would be.  <br />

They did an okay job. They spent more time looking for the right tools and stuff than they did actually doing the job. They got the faucet installed properly. They have to make sure everything is working before they leave. They turned the water of and never turned it back on. I had to kind of trouble shoot that myself.

The guys were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old parts with them. We will use them for future plumbing needs. <br />

My tenant was with the plumber (this is my personal residence I am renting, not a rental property). He was on time, polite, did the job properly, and gave us feedback on potential issues. I will be calling on them again to work on my mother's home, as well as this property. <br />

Kevin worked so quickly! It blew us away how fast Kevin & his team removed our old (1940's) toilet and installed the new one in our basement. He was pleasant to deal with and was able to squeeze us in on our desired day. Thank you!

Very smooth. The company responded promptly to my inquiries. Arrived on time as scheduled. Finished the job in the time estimated. Utilized coupon on Angie's List. Would use again. <br />

Came to do repair morning after I called with questions about our problem. Jason was punctual, friendly, respectful of our property, patient with my questions and efficient with replacement. We are thrilled with the new faucet. We will contact Petree Plumbing for a quote on our bathroom remodeling job next year. If we need any plumbing work, we will definitely use Petree Plumbing. <br />

I had to take a cold shower Monday morning, not a good way to start out your week.  Called Petree Plumbing and they were out that afternoon to see what the problem was.  Unfortunately the part they need they could not get until the next day but were back first thing in the morning to get the problem taken care of and found out the parts were still under warranty.

He was quick and very friendly.  My issue was an easy fix, but I appreciate that they were able to schedule me right away...and I'd be happy to use them again. <br />

I called and left a message because it was so early in the morining (approximately 7:15 a.m.).  The owner called me back right away (around 7:30 a.m.) and said he would squeeze me in that day.  They came out and replaced my faucet with a top-of-the-line water faucet, checked my other faucets and were completed in a very short time.  Thank you for a job well done! <br />

They arrived on time and had the work done in less than an hour.  Advised we have the plumbing replaced at some point and explained the problem we had and will be having in the future with the old plumbing that is now in place.  They we will to set up an appointment to come out and give us an estimate on have replacement done in the future.

He was on time. He was respectful. He gave me a card so that I knew who he was. I explained to him what was wrong and he got into the crawlspace and checked out all my pipes. He unclogged all of them and he inspected them afterwards to make sure they worked as needed. He checked my sinks and toilets to make sure they worked adequately. 

I called them and they showed up quickly and gave an estimate. They sent two technicians out and they got the job done quickly. It was a painless experience and plan on using him in the future for more work. The work turned out great!

My realtor, the woman who is helping my sell my house, recommended Kevin Petree as an excellent plumber and recommended that he be called for an estimate in connection with my perceived plumbing problem. I did in fact call him and he and his brother arrived prepared for anything; it appears that only a few minor adjustments were required.
