Matthew took his time inspecting my cooling system, explaining what he saw and how he took care of it. Unlike some other companies who do a 15 min inspection, Petrocelli takes the time it needs to make your system is working properly. Highly recommended

Juan (& Joe) arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and checked out the system. All good. Generally, I wish AC people would not charge so much for components - eg. $300 for a $10 capacitor.

It was determined that Freon was needed and was added but three days later when it warmed up we switched to cool and it does not work. This function had been working a few days earlier. It seems to be pretty typical for this company.

It was scorching hot outside and our AC went out. We immediately called Petrocelli Services and they sent out a professional Technician to diagnose. It turned out we needed a new AC unit after 16 years. The staff was considerate of cost, time and made it extremely easy for me to understand the next steps. The open line of communication was amazing and kept me involved and provided me with detailed order form. Staff also played a huge roll in educating us on maintenance when caring for our new product. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my friends and family!

Well, I had 2 different contractors come out and tell me I need new units because they were undersize and the duct work was the wrong size. My house is a year and a half old. Petrocelli Services came out and added return air ducts and individual thermostats. It’s was an 1/8 of the price and it worked. They knew what I had been quoted. If they had said the same thing as the other two contractors, I would have been ripped off for several thousand dollars. I’ll never call anyone else for my AC needs.

I contacted Petrocelli Services and relayed potential HVAC issues raised by a home inspector on a property my wife and I were purchasing in Austin, TX. I spoke with both Krystal Mitchell and owner Joe Petrocelli. We needed the HVAC inspection performed quickly to stay within a 'purchase option' time period. Petrocelli Services were extremely responsive in scheduling, conducting an inspection and assuring us that the home's HVAC system had no issues to be concerned over. Joe Petrocelli the owner personally talked with me and relayed there was no cause for any concerns, but if anything ever arose in the future to keep them in mind :-)… We certainly will keep Petrocelli Services in mind, and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone requiring HVAC service in the Austin area. They are tremendous!!!

Tech came out and informed me my old unit (21 yrs old) was leaking freon which was why the a/c wasn't cooling the house. I would need to have the leak fixed and the system recharged, which would have been expensive. Since the unit was so old, I decided to get a quote for a new system. I received the quote the following day and installation was scheduled for the following day. Crew arrived on time at 8am and proceeded to remove/replace my old unit. There was some additional duct work that was needed which was done at no charge since it wasn't included in the original quote. The crew completed the work same day. The supervisor inspected the work, installed the new wi-fi thermostat, and showed me how to use it. It's been about a month since installation and I have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

It took a month to get to the root of the problem, but Petrocelli kept after it - first replacing a fuel sensor, then pulling it; then replacing a control board; and finally replacing two relays. We paid for a single service call and the control board.
