Everything was fine. The technician was professional and did work in a timely manner. I asked him if he could change the furnace filter while he was at our home. ( difficult for us to reach). He gladly complied with the request

In general, good job, delivered on time, price was as agreed. Drove into gardens a bit when backing down driveway, so could do better there.

It was fine. A few minor setbacks. Old condenser was seeping into the furnace. I had to get a new heat pump and condenser. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and without a long delay.

Quick and hassle free. Didn't have to call or dispute once, unlike griffith energy services. Petro is the best service and price.
