Mark knew just what we needed and found a good match at a good price, showed up on time (early, actually), took care of moving things out of the way for removal of old unit and putting them back at job completion. Very friendly...even called back later to make sure everything was running smoothly. We'll call Petro again.

Mark came out today and was very nice and professional. He assessed our plumbing and water pressure, cleaned out debris from our kitchen faucet and made sure all of our plumbing was draining properly. Our guest shower wasn’t causing the toilet to gurgle while he was here so he said he’d waive the fee to come out again if it starts gurgling or backing up again. I looked at Mark Petrocelli vs another plumbing outfit that was much larger when I first moved to the area. I have always preferred to not go with companies that had more than 1 or 2 trucks on the road as I don't want to pay for their advertising, would rather pay for good customer service. He has performed multiple repairs in my older house here in Holly Springs, and I am very pleased. Relative to other plumbers, he is quite a bit less but does much better work in my opinion. I will be a customer for life. Cannot say enough about his responsiveness to my needs and for the job he does. After just uplifting all of my old pipes so that I could get a new insurance policy, I saved close to $5K. The best plumber in the area as far as I am concerned!!
