Good customer service means meeting customer's expectations. Buckie McNealy did just that, if not more! He was very Professional, Courteous, & explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. Much more thorough than we ever expected. Petti Pest Control is very lucky to have such a gentleman representing them. Excellent!! Placed call early that morning, by 11am Robert and Josh performed a free inspection and gave recommendations on how to treat/eliminate issue. Bait traps positioned around property and work completed by 1pm. Very quick, detailed recommendations and clean work. Highly recommend!!!

Petti Pest was punctual, efficient, and well-priced. They came out to investigate the bird issue, covered the vents and now there's no scratching in the attic to wake us up in the morning! We thought we heard something else up there, and they identified where a squirrel could be coming in and set a trap for it, which they were diligent about checking. Overall, we were grateful to have these knowledgeable and professional folks come help us out, highly recommend.
