PFM is locally owned and employs nearly 100 employees between the 4 locations and the OnSite services. We are a Goodyear Dealer and NAPA AutoCare Center. We offer 6 months same as cash with a Goodyear credit card. We offer fleet discounts on tires, repairs and services to all of our customers.

I asked for front brake pads to be replaced. After inspection, service rep came back with quote for brake pads $87, 2 brake rotors $84, and labor $100. I approve and work as estimated in about 1 hr. Service rep explained that I had a choice to resurface the rotor for $50, but since they were already thin, he suggested replacement. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me other services such as transmission flush, injector cleaner, etc which are too common with many auto shops.

Called on Friday to see if they could do a general check of a box truck to make it ready for a cross country trip. They said yes & could possibly (but not probably)work in on Saturday but for sure on Monday. Truck was left on their premises on Sunday with a note to call and confirm. When following up on Monday found out they were not going to get the work done. Promised again for Tuesday. When picked up on Tuesday found out they had only changed the oil........... didn't really check the systems. <br /> Truck was slated to start west on Thursday and needed to be packed with furniture. Couldn't leave the truck for another day. As a consequence the truck is now stuck in South Dakota being looked at by a real mechanic to find out why it doesn't have power to handle the foothills. <br /> Would not recommend this provider for truck maintenance or diagnosis. Go somewhere else. <br />

"We worked on it on Monday, showed the needed repairs, ALL REPAIRS WERE DECLINED and they picked it up Monday afternoon. See below for detail. The reviewer's brother brought the box van in for oil change and inspection. According to him It had just been purchased to take to Seattle and then they were going to sell it. We had him come to the shop that Monday and we went over all of the issues that we found with the vehicle including; brakes, lights, belts, headlight, engine issues, lift gate attaching welds broken and tires. THEY DECLINED ALL OF THE REPARS and they picked up the vehicle Monday afternoon. I am sorry that they are having issues with the truck but they did not want us to make any repairs."

I can always get my car in when I need to, call ahead or not. They have a nice waiting room with a TV and internet, or they'll run you somewhere. They're super nice, professional, and my car loves them. <br /> This winter, I got my oil changed. Sometime that night, my trunk flew open (I'm still not sure how that happened, but it got unlatched at some point) and it snowed in my trunk. I called them and said, "Hey, I'm not blaming you, because I guess I could've hit the button, too... but I have no garage and you do." They took my car in, vacuumed out the snow, and put a fan in it for hours to dry it out. For free. <br />

The technician that worked on our truck was very knowledgeable about the issue that our truck had. Our truck has a specific type of engine that has a problem with the spark plugs and cam phasers (sp?). He had worked for Ford previously so knew exactly what the problem was and what to do to fix it. He recommended that we replace an extra part while the engine was all apart because it would cost just as much for labor to replace it and then we wouldn't have to pay for the labor again down the road if it were to go out. The age was a concern and we went with his advice. We were very happy with the service that we got from these guys and the professional way they handled our engine repair. I wish I could give them an A+++

I've been very pleased with them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They make time to service my car and they're always willing to squeeze clients in during emergencies. They tell us if something doesn't need to be fixed or if something needed fixing. We feel comfortable with their appraisal. They actually have a pickup and delivery service so they just come and pick it up from my office. They're just wonderful!

They took my car in right away and checked it over completely. It turned out to be an oil issue. They put it on their diagnostic equipment and made sure there wasn't anything else wrong. They are open on Saturdays and some evenings which is a plus for us working people. They are very professional treated me fairly. <br />

Everything was fine. I knew it would be a bit costly so no surprises. Maybe took a little longer than expected but I didn't need <br /> <br />the vehicle. One pleasant surprise was that I found a coupon on line and saved $75. <br />

They were incompetent at best; dishonest at worst. Brought car in for oil change, brake/alignment inspection. They seemingly had done all the work and then called us with some "bad news." Even though they had the car on the lift multiple times, they subsequently discovered that one of the tires was hanging lower than the other (how they did not realize this at first is beyond me) due to a broken coil. I had my doubts as to whether they were the culprits, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and authorized the repair (to the tune of about $400). After they had done the work they call us with some more "bad news." Seems the struts were shot and replacements would be ANOTHER $400. No thanks I said. When picking up the car, I asked "aren't coils part of a strut assembly and couldn't I have gotten struts AND coils for the price you charged me for just the coils?" "Dave" bumbled and stumbled through an answer that didn't make any sense, as he seemed to know that he was wrong. <br />

"As the vehicle was 10 years old and had over 150,000 miles on it we were trying to only recommend the parts that were necessary, once we had the vehicle apart we did find it needed the shocks/struts. Once the vehicle was disassembled we found that the car needed to have the struts replaced. This could not have been found until it was disassembled. We advised the customer of the additional parts that were needed. There was not an additional labor charge."

They fit me in immediately due to abnormal sounds from my brakes. Called to tell me their findings and costs and allowed me to give the OK on what I wanted fixed before they did anything. Very clean, very friendly and professional, quick service, and reasonably priced. <br />

Overall the repairs went well. I had the estimate done on a Friday and explained that I wanted to have it done while I was at work and that it would need to be done on the same day. They called back in 2 hours with an estimate and said that they could have it done by 4 on the same day and I agreed to this work. They called back again at 2 on Friday and said that the parts had come in late and if they started now that it wouldn't be done until 6. I said that I would just bring it in on Monday at 8 and they agreed. <br /> When I took it in on Monday he said that it should be done by 1. When I hadn't heard anything by 3:45 I called and they said it wouldn't be done until 6. When I picked up the car and spoke to the manager he was apologetic for not communicating the delay and took 12% off the bill for my trouble. <br /> While I was bothered by the delay and lack of communication, the manager was courteous, professional and did take care of it with a discount. <br />

<p>PFM Car & Truck Care Center has been providing service for my vehicles for the past couple of years. Everything from oil changes to larger repairs such as water pump replacement, serpentine belts etc. The staff is awesome, (particularly Ryan and Steve but everyone else has been great as well!) they are honest and friendly and consistently provide an overall comfortable, enjoyable experience. The work is efficient and they stand behind it; further, they are willing to take the time to explain the process, parts, and if possible - cost effective alternatives. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place!! They have earned a very loyal customer in me and I can guarentee that if given the chance to impress you - they will!</p> . <br />
