He did my next door neighbor's roof so had good idea of how his crew worked, plus knew what she pd him. After doing my due diligence by securing at least 4 estimates from other companies, he still came out on top, both in price & his professionalism. He had FULL shingles of all colors, unlike some companies that only have sm ones you can't really get a good picture of; I had gone online to the shingle company & used tool to see what would look like on my house also. Turns out my insurance paid for everything in full (totally unexpected as I had 3 layers on), so I was ecstatic all the way around. Owner Gary Brown outstanding in his explanations, super quick installation after initial meeting ( done in 2 days, Sun & Mon, which was Memorial Day!) I definitely recommend him!

"The home was an old Sears Home. This project consisted of removing and replacing an asphalt shingle roof and a large portion of a rubber roof. In addition the home had a ridge truss that was damaged and P&G Property Solutions repaired the truss as well as reinforced 12 other roof truss."

I fought and fought with my Insurance Company for over a year with no results. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I found Mr. Brown's company and called. I immediately received a phone call asking how he can help. I told him my situation with the roof and the Insurance he made an appointment with me within 24 hours and he was out to our house and up on the roof (himself) marking it and taking photos. He said there was major hail damage. He sat at my kitchen table while I called my Insurance Company. Once I received a claim adjuster Mr. Brown took over. I never again had to speak to the Insurance Company. I no longer had that stress of fighting for what was rightfully due me. This was not done in one phone call it took several and Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way. He did not stop! He finally got a settlement for me (which I was not able to due for a year) and we made a schedule to have the roof done. He scheduled a date - the date came the crew was there and Mr. Brown was on-site. He started his crew and then would come back and check in. His crew were professional and respectful and did a fantastic job. I had a roof repaired by another company on my first house many years ago and until the day I sold that house I was still picking up roof material out of the shrubs. NOT with this crew. I never found any material anywhere. The roof was installed and done in the time Mr. Brown said it would be and there was nothing for us to clean up. I can not recommend Mr. Brown and P & G Property Solutions enough. If it weren't for Mr. Brown I would have had to pay for my roof or....I may still be fighting to get it replaced. I highly recommend his company. Mr. Brown is a total professional and if he says he is going to do something it is done. There is no follow up on your part. It's done! I like that and you don't find that too much anymore. NOT related to the roof but.....after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Mr. Brown I found out he also installs carpet. You guessed it. He was hired. Again, the quality of work was unbelievable. The crew was professional did a wonderful job and no clean up! Mr. Brown was on site during that job as well. So Yes I give his Company and A+ and I have already proven I will use him whenever the need arises. You won't be sorry hiring him.

"There was no doubt that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was entitled to a new roof. Her insurance company was Allstate insurance. Roof had wind and hail damage. Seems P&G finds this type of attitude from many insurance companies. P&G knowing the laws that govern settlement claims in Ohio helps me ( P&G Property Solutions) to settle claims for our clients. I'm not an attorneys, but know the Ohio codes which pertain to roofing claims.P&G Property Solutions installed the roof plus we completed an interior project for her by replacing carpet and pad in her home. The owner ,Gary Brown, is the best to work with as he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He worked with our insurance company to cover most of the work. The crew were very top notch professionals, very knowledgeable in their work.( even had to skillfully work around a 26 ft metal awning). As with any big project there were a few minor changes we requested which were attended to promptly and pleasantly by all involved. Not even the smallest detail was left unfinished! The quality of materials was great. We have gotten numerous compliments from people going by our house even strangers, on how good it looks. Our neighbors enjoyed watching the crew and commented on how well they performed their job. Gary also gave us free pointers on some other small projects we were tackling ourselves! He really cares about his clients!!! Hire him!

The owner Gary Brown, is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. The roofing crew was friendly,efficient and hardworking. They did a wonderful job tearing off and replacing our old roof with all new products (I.e. Ridgevent, valleys, flashings etc.) and brought our roof up to the latest codes. The crew cleaned up the yard thoroughly when finished. The quality of materials was great.

The owner, Gary, is frank and friendly. We bought our house in January knowing the roof needed to be replaced. The estimate from P&G was spot on what we were expecting so we didn't get estimates from anyone else. The job was done in a single day despite there being several more layers of shingles to remove than expected. Thankfully, this had only a small impact on the total cost. My only small complaint is things weren't entirely cleaned up. Specifically, the porch was left stained (it needs to be refinished anyway, or I would have lodged a formal complain), a plastic bag from some materials was left in our tree, and our neighbor came by asking for contact info because of some mess on his property. Despite this, I still think our first major home repair was successful, I appreciated Gary's responsiveness, and I would consider using P&G again in the future.

"Nice young couple expecting their first baby. House was a two and a half story home with a steep 10/12 pitch. The owner mentioned in his review their was extra layers of shingles on the home. During the project P&G Property Solutions found three additional layers of shingles which had been cut back. Total layers were 4 layers. Also noted was our price. P&G strives to give GREAT PRICING on Roofing. This couple was paying for the roof out of pocket and did not have an insurance claim, I wanted to be sure they would get a great price and as they noted, they did.
