Patric and crew did an wonderful job on our new patio. Even though we had some weather related setbacks, the job was completed before Memorial day as promised. We had so many positive comments in regards to the style and thickness of the stamped concrete design during our Memorial day picnic. We will enjoy our backyard for years to come thanks to PGS!

Our project was a little unique because we didn't know the exact start date. We were building a new home so we needed to own the home before we could have a sidewalk and patio done. They were so cooperative about that. The work that was done was very professional and meticulous. All the information outlined on their website was exactly the process they completed. They made sure we were completely happy with the work and answered all our questions throughout the project. I would highly recommend them to friends and family without any reservation.

PGS was very professional. They arrived on time, completed the job beautifully, and left our property better than it was before they arrived. We will definitely use PGS for our next project!

PGS completed a stamp concrete patio and sidewalk at my home in July. I could not be happier with Patric’s professionalism and knowledge. He listened to my concerns and took time to answer all my questions. He and his team completed the job on time with little disruption to our home. I will definitely use PGS for any projects in the future.

Thanks to Patric, Kathie and the whole PGS crew for turning our eyesore driveway into a showpiece. We had your typical asphalt driveway that was crumbling in spots, had cracks where the weeds loved to grow, had a few low spots where water would puddle after every rain, and we finally got tired of it. We looked into our options, asphalt again, pavers, or concrete, then we stumbled upon PGS and their stamped concrete options. Patric and Kathie were great to work with, fully explained their process, came out and gave us a free quote for regular concrete, brushed concrete and of course the beautiful stamped concrete. When we were leaning toward stamped, they provided us with a gallery of pictures containing examples of the various stamp design options. After we decided on a few options we liked, they provided us with addresses of driveways they had done in the area with our specific stamp designs, so we could go see what they looked like in person. We decided on the European Fan design and agreed on a tint color to be used to make the driveway contrast nicely with the siding of our home. A date was set, and PGS was there on time, ready to go. They efficiently removed the old asphalt driveway, prepped the area for the new concrete and a couple of days later, the concrete was poured, and the stamping process began. The PGS crew was amazing to watch as their entire crew “walked” down the driveway stamping as they went. And the finished result was amazing. We have had lots of drivers-by stop and ask about the driveway. We are truly very pleased and happy that we went the stamped concrete route with PGS. After surviving the first winter with no issues at all with the driveway, and now nearly a year after its install, it looks as great today as the day it was poured and stamped last fall. Once again, Patric and his crew did outstanding work for us, installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Start to finish 4 days. Second project we have hired him for, (first one was a lovely stamped concrete driveway)surpassed our expectations once again. Great job, Patric. Would recommend this company to everyone. Some contractors gave me prices based on my description. One on the back of a business card without a description of what I was getting. PGS Concrete came out visited the site, drew up a diagram with all the materials they put into my patio job. Notified me when they were coming and kept me posted throughout the project. I would highly recommend this team for any concrete job big or small.

Our experience prior to the work beginning was very professional and punctual. We felt confident hiring PGS over another contractor. However, we had multiple issues during the project. Our backyard is small and we were told that hand digging was necessary (and was built into the contract). When the work was done, equipment was brought in that destroyed our yard, creating ruts due to rainy weather, and requiring $900 of landscaping work to fix. PGS said they did this to expedite the work, but had they communicated it to us we would not have agreed. The work took longer than planned and communication around when workers would be at the house to complete the job was poor. The concrete was not poured to the contracted depth as evidenced by a simple measurement at the edge of the patio, despite PGS ensuring it was standard depth and didn't violate the contract. The final color was not what we wanted. We confirmed the color 3 times via email, showing pictures as examples and was assured by the owner that he was a “professional and knew what he was doing” and the color would be right. They stained it medium grey and we wanted dark charcoal. In the 6 months since the work was done, the finish is coming off, leaving white marks on the concrete. The color appears to be fading and the concrete is also cracking in places. The concrete mixer that was brought in damaged our driveway. Our neighbors told us that they began their work using wheelbarrows to bring the cement from the street to the back of the house, but then became frustrated and drove the full-size mixer down our driveway. We now have long ruts in our driveway that pool water when it rains. PGS could have used chutes to avoid this, but did not. The neighbor's sidewalk and curb were also damaged. PGS did offer to fix the sidewalk and landscaping issues, an offer we did not take them up on because as they stated multiple times they “are not landscapers”. Plus we had very little confidence in the quality of their work. Many of our issues would have been avoided if PGS communicated with us better. We withheld our outstanding balance (which was minimal) due to the damage and work that did not meet contractual obligations. Kathy was very professional throughout the project. Patric became belligerent at the very end when discussing all of the issues.
