It was amazing! My initial call was returned almost immediately. Curtis came the same day to ***** the project and give me an estimate. He came promptly on the day and time we agreed on and was very respect ful of our home and did a perfect job, attentive to tiny detail so as provide an attractive fan. By that, I mean that in installing a wall switch, he provided the capability to switch on the fan and light separately. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Phase 2 Electric of Freeland, MI to anyone...and I will.

A ceiling light fixture in my sewing room wouldn?t light. The problem Curt found was an incorrect wiring job. After wiring it correctly he also checked the main panel and tightened all the connections. He was very patient in answering my questions. <br /> I can now see what I am sewing and feel assured the job was done correctly! If we need more electric work done in the future I will certainly call Curt at Phase 2 Electric. <br />

The work was spread out over 3 distinct visits to complete all of the work.  All of the electrical rough in for wiring was done on the first two days.  The last day was a few weeks later after the drywall went up.  On the last visit all boxes, receptacles, and final tie ins to the breaker were done.  The work done was excellent and I would recommend Curt from Phase 2 for any electrical work needed around a house. <br />

Returned my call within hours. When delayed next day from coming, he called and asked if he could come the following day. He called on his way over. Explained every step of what he was doing and why. Explained all processes thoroughly. When light fixture needed to be totally replaced, he told me the current charges and asked if I wanted it replaced with additional money or if I wanted to wait. He gave me an accurate estimate to begin with and did not want to vary from it without my permission.  He did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time and I was very satisfied. <br />

Curtis Reames was the electrician and he is the owner of Phase 2.  He was timely in my response for service, we scheduled an appointment and he was early for the appointment.  The latter is a plus in my book.  He had other major jobs going on and asked if I would like a Saturday appointment which was fine with me.  I was surprised he worked on the week-end and did so at regular rates.  BTW, he also gave me a 5% discount on his labor due to the Angie's List connection. <br /> Curtis was very professional.  He had all the supplies necessary and took down the old fixtures;  and, then he installed the new fixtures in the hallway and over the stairway.  He also replaced an outlet for me and had the supplies with him.  Additionally I had ordered a bed and he even offered to assemble it for me, which saved my neighbor from having to do so. <br /> Curtis also offered to dispose of the old lighting and bed frame by donating all to Habitat for Humanity.  That was fine in my book, as I did not have to worry about the disposal of the glass and fixtures and saved my time and effort! <br /> I would highly recommend Curtis and Phase 2 and would use them again in the future.  Good Job, Curtis!  And glad you took a check, too! <br />

Curtis was quick to return my call and scheduled an appointment for later that day. When he was delayed, he called to let me know,  then made (and kept) the later appointment. He disconnected the hot tub and checked the status of all circuit breaker connections. He was very informative and wanted me to know the system, and how to stay safe in an emergency. A VERY positive experience; I will definitely call him again and will gladly recommend him to friends! <br />

Everything went smoothly. Curtis has done an excellent and efficient job to help us with the problem. I will recommend him to my friends and will hire him again in the future.

He was pleasant, had to leave to go to store and get some part he forgot( mind you I am being charged hourly). It took 2 hours to complete. The one reason I paid for a Professional was because I did not want my BRAND NEW wood floor drilled into. He mis-measured the location and came up through my wood floor. It was a small hole but still the whole point was to avoid doing that..job took a total of 2 hours he knocked $10 off for the mistake.

He was really good. He upgraded our electrical box and the rest of electrical in the house to bring it up to code. His price was good. He showed up when he said he would and it was a multiple day job.  He would call if he was not going to be here and he would call and say he was on his way. He tried to keep the cost down. It was a good experience and I would definitely use him again.
