I am the owner and operator of PHD. We are your telecommunications experts and we also specialize in the following services: Phone Systems - Voicemail - Voice & Data Cabling - Surveillance Cameras - Alarms - Access Control - ATM Services. I started this company in 2008 with just myself and four years later we are now a company with 4 full time employees. The reason we have grown so fast is that we make sure our customers get no less than the kind of service we would expect to get. We pride ourselves in being honest, fair, and reliable. We service the entire Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex, but we have contacts all over Texas and across the USA. No job is too big or too small and too close or too far. The serviceman was on time and polite, went the extra mile, but did not arrive with the material to do the job of running a new Ethernet connection. Instead he tapped into our phone line disabling it. We did not realize this for almost a week, then had to have our phone co come out and re-run wiring for the phone. I was very disappointed because the service guy was so nice and really seemed to be trying to get everything the way we wanted it. I would like to rate them higher, but really can't

Our company uses a Nortel Meridian telephone system. The control box went out, which left us with no phone service. I was taking calls on the fax machine! We called PHD late in the afternoon to get an estimate, and hired them to come out the next morning. Our phones were completely up and running before lunch that same day. Quick, affordable, customer-friendly service!
