I had PHI3 Construction remodel a kitchen and bathroom in townhouse I bought. I appreciate good communication since English is not my first language. Don and Doug were very helpful in how they show me ideas and listened to what I want. Everyone was clean, nice, and respectful. I have a very good experience with them as contractors.

Process was very organized. We met with the contractor leading the work and he explained very well what to expect and how long it would take. Even better is they kept the site clean and safe. It looked beautiful after they were done. Beyond what I expected. I did not recognize my kitchen

We hired PHI3 for concrete work on our driveway, back patio and to add a front porch patio. We had a great experience and really enjoyed working with Eddie. He’s extremely professional and responsive. The team was prompt, hard working and friendly.
