The shower handle was dangling loose and there was no hot water in the shower. The valve for the shower was not in proper position and front plate, which was supposed to screw into valve, was stuck on with a glob of silicon. The tile was chipped in places and not even. The grout was wide in some places and narrow in others. The paint and drywall work was really bad.

"I did a complete bathroom tear out and remodel for him on completion of the job Mr.[Member Name Removed] loved the work. Tile,Paint,Drywall,ECT. He was however upset that the final price of the project was $850 over the origanl estimate of $3000 labor and material included due to extra plumbing work dealing with his shower head and extra drywall work, he refused to pay the full amount. His shower was not getting hot water due to a preset setting in his shower valve, it only need to be adjusted for his hot water heater. I stand by the work and it's quality see pictures of this job on my profile. It's the only walk in shower with out a tub"
