Great guy! Didn't try to rip me off. Told me exactly what I needed and came out and completed the job the same day. My house is so cold now, I need a winter coat on inside! Love the service.

Phil's serviceman was prompt and was able to quickly fix the problem. However still think the price to replace a $40 part is ridiculous. I hope the serviceman gets a good part of it. Still waiting for contract I took.

They were great in all aspects. The service man was about 45 minutes to an hour late, but they told me upfront that They service their plan customers first, and that I was 3rd on the list., and as the Tech had an unexpected emergency, he actually made very good time. I highly recommend them, and will use them again.

I've lived in my home for 10 months, and have had 4 "professionals" touch my hvac system. Two couldn't follow-up and one was ridiculously overpriced and took advantage of my desperate situation. Nick from Phil's AC&H came today; he arrived on time, was personable and professional. I have a weird setup in my home (small cluttered HVAC room) and wanted a humidifier installed on the furnace. It seemed impossible because of the space, but I could hear Nick thinking about creative ways to get it done. Just when I thought there was no hope, Nick spoke to Phil himself, and they worked out a solution. The price was very fair, it ended up being a lot of work. Will recommend them to others in my building with the same situation.
