So poor work and craftsmanship and when we complained to him after two week's or so the next day he returned with his trailer early, picked up his stuff and left not saying a word to anyone and then called and said we owed him -------- ? we had to hire another contractor to rip out the flawed work, repair and finish the project. For all who are thinking of hiring Nick be very aware!!! He does not even have a license to even work in Santa Rosa Co, or who knows or even FLA? I believe his mother is covering for him and she hold's a tax certificate in her name only because he is not allowed to own, hold, work, or maybe even be allowed in Santa. Rosa County? Due to a failed tattoo business in SRCO, Look it up every thing about him is registered in Texas using his grandmother's address . Please be aware of this guy????.

The work was Horrendously and discouraging!! the drywall was good but when it came to the flooring nothing was squared, flooring glue oozing from edges and then he just walked through it spreading it all over the new flooring? come on!!, when he installed the ceiling tiles which are supposed to be stapled on the edges he used drywall screw's and ran them up through the face of the tile, after that he reinstalled the toilet, put so much wax sealant under it that when it was tightened down it oozed out from the sides, no correction or clean up of the glue, or toilet wax, did not complete the sanding of drywall, did not paint the ceiling or wall's, left drywall mud on new shower wall's just loaded up his tool's and some of my mom's supplies that I bought and walked off the job before I got there, never completed or even tried to work with us about our complaint's. Be very aware of Nick, in hindsight I learned he dose not even have a license in the Santa Rosa area only a tax ID.

If i need something done in the future I'll be calling Nick. Straight talk, does everything he says He'll do and the project bid was competitive.

.

Well priced. overall pleased with the work

On time , did excellent work .

I could not be more pleased and my sellers feel the same way. Nicholas always did exactly what he said he would do, stayed in touch and even completed the job prior to original date planned. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Prompt, curteous and professional. Great job repairing my shed.

Nicholas has done several different jobs for me, including painting, remodeling, wood flooring, and tiling. Everything he has done is wonderful, and his prices are very reasonable.
