Phoenix Moving LLC is your premier mover for less. We offer you more cubic feet, greater weight and more space with our truck and trailer combo compared to the standard 24-26’ box truck. Our 32' trailer is 8' wide and 9' in height and also includes an integrated door that is used as a ramp for quicker loading and unloading. Pulled by our 3/4 ton to 1 ton pick-up trucks that feature crew cab seating, we can provide a crew tailored to your moving needs whether it is only two men or up to six. We are an hourly rate company and exclusive deals will be offered to Angie's List members to receive initial savings and discounts. All additional costs will be paid at the end of service.

The move went terrible. First, as we were moving out of our old home, the crew put a large gash in the floor. Next, when the furniture was delivered, we noticed that the crib and a dresser were both damaged, and a box spring cover was ripped. The crib had some small paint scrapes, and the dresser had similar scrapes and a large gash. The moving company also lost a painting. The painting was eventually found (although it took nearly two months), but the real issue came in trying to resolve the damage. We are now about four and a half months after the move and the company has made no attempt to fix the damage. Whenever I call they say they are still working on it and will have so and so call me back. So and so never calls back. Messages I leave for the owner Vern and emails are not returned. We don't understand why no attempt is made to make this right. Vern is great at selling the company, making it seem like they are great, and then their drivers are courteous, and put lots of pressure on customers to leave good reviews (which is likely whey they are so highly rated), but the reality is this is a bad company. I am very disappointed with our move and would never recommend this company.

I was very impressed! Even several of my neighbors commented on they'd never seen such excellence! The great care taken in wrapping&padding every piece of furniture. Loading ever item quickly& carefully. The 2 movers-Ronald&George, were very caring and, polite! I am severely disabled,not able to help in anyway. They truly cared about my well being, made the move stress free! I would recommend them to everyone.

While the guys were there at the house, packing the truck - I would have said they were the best team ever. They worked hard, were patient with us when we didn't have *everything* ready to go, and worked fast. The issue was when we went to unload the truck. We found that they failed to properly tie back almost anything. Heavy boxes were place on top of lighter boxes - causing many to get crushed, and many items fell from on high when they would have been secure if tied back. Half way through the unload we had an avalanche of boxes falling on the movers we hired to unload. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Very professional and courteous on the phone. The movers called when they were on their way and they were on time. The movers were amazing! They hustled, they were careful with our belongings, they were friendly. The best moving experience I've had! I would definitely recommend to our family and friends and I will use again. Thanks!

I blew it. These people were amazing. Dray, Luis B. and Kai can come work for me anytime. They were exactly on time. Very professional, but also friendly and fun. They not only moved everything, they took apart a bed, trundle bed, desk and shelving, packaged it all up in plastic and bagged all the small parts. I was so sorry I killed myself moving most of the stuff the two days before that. They also loaded a dresser and a chair into the back of my husband's pick up for me. They organized everything just the way I asked so I can walk all the way around the stored items. No damage at all. I paid for three hours and they did everything in 1 hour. But I was too happy to care. I will save a lot more work for them the next time. Thank you so much Dray, Luis B and Kai! I definitely want those three guys back when I am ready to move it all back into my newly remodeled rooms.

On August 11th the moving company sent someone out to retrieve the unbroken glass door from our entertainment console. Yesterday the owner brought over two glass doors, wrapped carefully in a moving blanket. He then opened the blanket to reveal a set of doors that were no where near the ones to fit my console. I can't believe they brought the wrong doors! The damaged wood to my console has not been addressed except for them saying they needed to bring it in to have their repair man fix it in their shop. It is now almost three months and nothing has been done to correct the problems. If I had to do it all over again I would not use them and could not recommend them.

all went well with the move. What hasn't is our refund for the blankets. Just checking to see if you have issued my refund check yet. We are owed a refund of $268.75 for all those blankets I paid for on the move before and the move before we were double charged ($179) for the basic move (really no ones fault) and I need that money back. The issue is Phoenix Moving will not respond to my emails or calls and has not sent a check for what they owe. I need a refund check for $447.75

It went great! The guys worked really hard and were very aware of my newly painted walls. They took their time moving everything up the stairway and never once complained or took an extended break.

It went great! The guys did a great job! They were very nice. They came in ready to work and loaded everything very quickly and got everything we wanted done. I couldn't believe how much stuff they fit into one container and managed to fit in my treadmill too and it was done so fast! It was well worth the money and they are all very nice people. Even the person who scheduled us made sure everything was written down and explained and accounted for. It was a great help and they finished in a few hours what would've taken us a couple of days to do alone. The movers really did a very professional job and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Raymond, Casey and Steve came to help us move and it was great. They showed up ready to work and did not waste anytime picking up boxes and moving items in the truck. They handled everything with care and worked with me to ensure my moving plan was followed. I was not moving very far so rather than be super careful i opted for getting everything in the truck quickly since i hate moving so much. They were a great unloading the house as well, they had corner protectors, and red carpet rolled out to keep the dirt out as much as possible in the new home. For the price and quality of service you won't find a better deal. Very happy overall and would hire them again.

We had to move my mother from an assisted living facility to a memory care and make the move from one place to another in one day. It was very emotional and stressful for the family and we needed to have it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. <br> <br>The movers arrived right on time and from the very beginning the guys were both upbeat and yet sensitive to the family. We had already determined what could go and what would have to be left behind due to space limitations. We had anything that needed to be boxed ready to go and even had a "floor plan" made so the movers would know where each piece of furniture would go in the new place. It went like clockwork and the guys were very careful with everything so as to assure my mother her "things" were being well cared for. <br> <br>We can't thank them enough for being so professional and able to get in and out quickly for us. <br> <br> <br> <br>

Dailon, Reggie and Jimmy were professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They were honest about where we could save money and where we ought to spend. They stacked everything in our rental home garage and when we get our new home built they will be used to move everything again. Nice courteous workers. They worked hard and did a professional job. Everything went well. I will use them again for the third time in about 6 months.
