Matthew Hall is not very good. He stopped showing up after 2 visits, after being prepaid for the month. He was not knowledgable about equipment. He didn't do a thorough job skimming the pool. He didn't like the feedback when asked if he showed up.

"I do prebill for my service [Member Information Removed] were issued a refund after I made [Member Information Removed] aware I was canceling service as the repairs needed [Member Information Removed] did not want to proceed with. I am unsure why such bad marks [Member Information Removed] I told [Member Information Removed] about the issues with the pump priming [Member Information Removed] the equipment needed to be replaced. I have extensive knowledge [Member Information Removed] allowed another pool company before me to come fix things [Member Information Removed] I asked what was fixed [Member Information Removed] I was never told an answer so I did not want to just start doing things [Member Information Removed] charging for things that may not be needed. As far as not skimming well, after every visit [Member Information Removed] received a photo to show a spotless pool, I am only there once a week [Member Information Removed] with equipment not functioning it's hard to keep itself clean the other days I am not there. I love getting feedback as it allows me to improve in my services [Member Information Removed] I did everything I could for your pool [Member Information Removed] left it spotless after each visit."
