Rual was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Once we decided to higher PiBi, they were out to start the job the next day and Maximo was fantastic. He was fast, very precise, and the bathroom floor and shower ended up looking fantastic. My wife is somewhat hard to please and she was very, very happy with the quality of the work. Thanks guys for making this part of a basement remodel that I did not want to do that much better. I would highly recommend PiBi.

It went really well, Raul got right back with me and offered a price that we could pay. Next told me a date and time that work well with our schedule, he even came back in the evening to work on the grout because we had other jobs being done the next day. very flexible.

Outcome was good. Someone was here every day until the job was done, which took five days. The entire tub/shower surround along with valve and shower head were removed and replaced. Quality products were used such as cement style backer board and waterproofing paint/seal. Tile (white glazed subway) was placed from tub to ceiling and new fixtures were placed. The tile was placed beautifully and with quality workman ship. They were responsive during the process to any of my concerns or requests. I requested a corner shelf which they did not provide and the billing sheet stated corner shield which was never done. I forgot at time of final payment transaction that these services were not rendered. I remembered two days later and attempted to contact them and they did not respond. If I were to hire them again I would ensure I have a check list and go through it before final payment.

Excellent, Raul was very responsive and his team did a fantastic job on multiple sets of stairs and a landing. Team members arrived on time and completed work as stated.

It went very well. They were good to work with our busy and tight schedule.

There was a man who came out the night I called and gave me quote. The owner called and said he could start the next day. he also told us of a cheaper product for the under layment. Next day was great. They started on the floor and it looked wonderful. Instructions we gave were for them NOT to move the washer/dryer and NOT to move the refrigerator. We would move them. The next day the man came and while we were not in the kitchen he moved the refrigerator and washer and dryer. The refrig was brand new only had it 3 days. he dented the side and back, pulled on the door. The wheels were torn up from the metal underlayment. The washer and dryer had scrapes but it was older and we didn't care about that. The wall was scraped that we had just painted. When we told the owner of the company he told us his people would never ever move appliances. When he asked his man if he had moved them he was told yes. The owner called us liars and cheats and said we ruined the refrigerator. We took pictures and he called his insurance company. They offered us 3/4 of the price of a new refrig and to keep the frig or give the fridge and get a new one. Since we only had it for 3 days I wanted a new one. The owner of PIBI said he would take the refrig and sell it as new. I told him I don't care what he does. They ruined it, they can take it. There were so many problems with this owner. Name calling, rudeness. he did finish the job and he did a good job. But it took 5 times of him coming to get it done. We also had to do a lot of clean up ourselves I would never recommend this company to anyone. We were paid to buy a new refrig, we were not compensated for the area's on the walls that needed to be repainted or the work we had to do to finish the cleanup, We did pay our full amount that was agreed on.

They gave me a decent price. They were prompt. They took care of things. I was happy with the finished product.

Excellent work. The tile work is exceptional. The glass workers commented how easy it was to measure for the glass due to the evenness of the tile work. Plumber was good and helpful too. We saved thousands over the 3 larger companies that also bid on the work.

I would use them again. They are experts in what they do. But more importantly, they are honest, fair and they arrive when they say they will be there. I have worked with Raul on many projects in my home and he has never disappointed me!

Raul provided us with an extremely fair bid for the tiling our master bathroom and cleaning/re-grouting our shower.  We were exceptionally pleased with Raul's work and kindness.  He was very fair with his pricing and completed the job in the time estimated.  All I have to say is what a difference his work has made for our bathroom!  We have had nothing but great compliments on the work he did and are extremely satisfied with how our bathroom turned out.  Raul communicated very wall throughout the entire installation and provided great guidance on ways to make it look better.  If you are looking for someone to install tile, trust me on our recommendation with using Pibi Tile!

Raul was very professional. He came out very quickly to give us a bid and did a thorough job breaking down the estimate. he was the only professional that was willing to listen to my ideas and told me that he would be happy to do all the things that I wanted to do. Other contractors were always telling me what they would do and wanted to do. He was ready to finish our project in a short period of time. However we encountered some delays due to some planning issues and having delays with other contractors. Raul was always very patient and understood these delays and was willing to work with us whenever We needed and we're able to have the work done. He works with amazing subcontractor for doing tile.

The guys at Pibi were great. They were on time, made great recommendations and the tile work was incredibly meticulous.

Lowest bid price, had a hard time getting other companies to come and give a bid.  Great work.  Very Happy  A+ <br />

It was just OK. They missed some of the grout. The guy that did the tile around the fireplace, didn't protect my wood floors and spilled grout on my brand new wood floor.

The price was great for what I wanted and the work was done very well.  The only issue is that the schedule wasn't exactly kept to.   I am home during the days though, so this wasn't really an issue for me.  Would definitely use again based on the price and quality.  Shower looks great. <br />

All his sub-contractors did an excellent job. When concerns arose (as they always do with construction), Raul and his team responded quickly and completely. The tile looks beautiful. Focused on what we wanted and how we wanted the job done. <br />
